The service was horrible, first my friend and I ordered our food through the drive through. Then once we paid for the food, the woman giving us our food first gave us our drinks but then told us we had to go park the car, out of drive way, and wait for our food to be ready. And not even 3 seconds later she came back and asked if we ordered a cheese burger and fries when she had just asked if we could park since our hash browns would take a while to be made. (we only ordered 2 large fries, 2 hash browns, 2 apple pies and 2 shakes and she had read off our order when we first got to the window to make sure it was right.) we then parked our car, and waited for about 5 minutes and then our food was brought to the car, we looked through to make sure everything was there and it looked like we had only gotten one hashbrown and our two fries. So we went inside to get the things that we ordered. We brought in the bag as well as our receipt to show that we were missing some of food. Once we got through the line we talked to the woman at the register and told her what we were missing; she then preceded it to dig through our bag with no gloves on her hands and touch our food before saying that we had our 2 hash browns and showing us that we indeed did have our hash browns, yet we still didn't have our pies. Finally after asking for our pies, and getting them, we left. Not only did they make us park our car because they couldn't finish our order fast enough but they also touched our food without gloves on (I mean do you want people touching your food if you didn't know where their hands have been or what they have touched?) this place is horrible and I would...
Read moreThis location is definitely a hit or miss place. More miss than hit. As of right now, if there is a fella at the cash register, they get confused easily. I had forgotten to order a sausage McMuffin added to my order, and I asked at the second window if I can pay for it in the drive through and come inside to pick it up. The man had to call a manager from the back. He seemed overwhelmed and asked me to come in to order it. (There was no one at the front register inside by the way) So I go in and ask the fella for the Sausage Mc Muffin without the egg. He must have been fishing around for about 2 solid minutes until he looked up and said, “you just mean the Sausage McMuffin!” Yep. These type of encounters are unfortunately VERY common at this location. If you have a choice, choose another MCD’s. If you are like a lot of us in the mountains and don’t have a closer choice, I recommend the following: (1) If fellas are working up front, speak s-l-o-w-l-y.. (2) Give yourself time to double check your order and go inside to speak to a manager (3) Inspect your food. I had a blue egg one time. No-bs.. ask any local about the McDs in Scott’s valley. They are nice people, and I’m sure some of them are doing the best they can, but be prepared...
Read moreI live in Scotts Valley and Monday - Friday I begin my day and daily commute. As of the past three months, I have found the store not open on on time 11 times, my order has been wrong (even though I order on the app) 7 times. Drinks are not made correctly,. the app isnt working, the employees are argumentative. This morning ( January 20, 2025) after the app accepted the order I arrive at the drive through and am told they can log into the system. No reason, no apology. I share that I am getting fed up and as I drive past the drive through window, the male employee is hanging out the window yelling what up Brah, whats going on Bruh at the top of his lungs. REALLY, what has happened to the only business opened that time of the morning. Im scared to go back. AS a local resident, I am embarrassed that a business can be run like this. I will simply drive past and go the the next one on my two hour daily commute. No records of owners to contact, Chris the manager has not helped at all. ANYGRY that I cannot speak to someone who owns the business so they can be aware of how their business is being treated, and...
