Rosi's Chinese Express — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

Will never eat here again!!!! I ordered sweet and sour chicken for my baby and I to share. Sweet and sour chicken is the only Chinese food I’ll order so I never even look at the menu. When my tray was handed to me with sweet and SPICY chicken, I nicely asked if it was sweet and sour. The man said “you didn’t order that, you ordered sweet and spicy.” And I explained to him I wouldn’t order anything spicy for my baby so I know I ordered sweet and sour just as I always do. He continued to argue and said he knew what he heard and refused to refund me so I could just eat somewhere else. I later also realized he charged me for extra food that I also did not order and continued to blame me. I’ve worked in restaurants most of my adult life and it’s just horrible customer service on his part!!!!! He was so rude to me!!!! 0 stars for today...

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We called in advanced and asked if they put MSG in their food and they told us no. Great news since I have a MSG allergy. It's hard to find a MSG free Chinese restaurant. We traveled all the way from Torrington to eat here. About 10 minutes in, I started to feel an allergic reaction coming on. Right after, all four of my children were having a reaction. Because of my allergy, my kids have never had MSG in their food before. On top of all this, my kung pao chicken smelled like urine. I have no clue what was in it to cause that. I'm so disappointed in this place. This could have sent me to the hospital. As soon as I started reacting, I stopped eating and so did my kids. You don't lie about things like this. The girl we asked even put us on hold to ask someone else....

The Owner has a terrible & unprofessional customer service approach. Been coming here for years and never once had a problem. Got food poisoning, and when I told the Owner about the issue, he did not care or acknowledge the problem, nor did he consider a solution. Instead he wanted to yell in front of many customers and make it a point and laugh saying "there's nothing he can do" to solve the situation. I came calm and relaxed in hopes the owner would be more professional and a better business owner and care for his customers and their experiences but he 100% did not have any type of sympathy or care for that.

The way the owner handled the situation and spoke wrongfully, I won't be coming back here again.
