Barro's Pizza — Restaurant in Scottsdale

! B E W A R E ! If you like pizza - you WON'T like Barros. If you like timely, courteous service - you WON'T like Barros. If you like a clean environment for eating - you WON'T like Barros. If you like lazy, incompetent, rude staff telling you, the customer, that your business is not needed - you will LOVE Barros! If you like undercooked and/or overcooked, oftentimes both, uneven pizza with a scarcity of toppings - you will LOVE Barros! If you like being told your pizza will be ready for pick up at 5 pm only to wait until well after 5:30pm to finally get your hands on it (time after time and time again) - you will LOVE Barros! If you like being insulted and ridiculed by unprofessional, raunchy, tattooed-up hillbilly staff - you will LOVE Barros! Barros at Grayhawk is bar none the WORST and most regrettable pizza experience in Scottsdale. This location employs the rudest, laziest, and most incompetent staff anywhere. The Barros family should be embarrassed and ashamed - the utter and complete lack of management at this location reflects very poorly on all of them!

Do yourself a favor - avoid this establishment at all costs - it is truly nothing but a headache and a regret. In this recession/inflation there are so many better pizza places at which to spend your hard earned money. Apparently Barros doesn't have much interest in earning and/or keeping their customers'...

This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. This is Scottsdale? Supposed to be nice and classy? Not even close. When we came in the lady clearly wanted nothing to do with us. She asks what we want then WALKS AWAY from us. She then turns and stares at us from across the far end of the counter. It looks like she's doing something else but evidently she was waiting for our order. I mean she looked PISSED and sounded PISSED. We've NEVER experienced such horrible customer service in our life. After that sorry excuse for customer service we go to sit down...it's 1pm on a Saturday afternoon, hardly anyone in the restaurant...not ONE clean table to be found. Not one. We walked through the entire restaurant. Workers everywhere, not one clean table. The same rude lady that took our order was also walking around with headphones on listening to music. I literally cannot appropriately convey the unprofessionalism we experienced here. Unbelievable. Will NEVER return and please save your money and don't waste it here. These people clearly have no interest in your business. I'm still in shock. Just...

Go to the cave creek or frank lloyd location instead. If you’ve been wondering if you’ve been getting less and less toppings, you’re right and it’s because the gm wants a bigger bonus. So he has also been running the store with a skeleton crew, it’s no biggie until once you take in account that he has had to stop accepting delivery orders and then pick ups all together during the middle of the day. That’s happened 4 times while I was there. Im sorry that I had to lie and tell you that there wasn’t a driver, boss man told me to tell you, making me the escape goat. What I care about is that I’ve recently left, and come to find on my last check he definitely botched my hours. If you’re going to be sneaky about it, at least include my other position that was at a higher pay, that is listed separately from my normal wage. Funny to see how 20 hours (five shifts at that position) of that is just unaccounted for, I don’t have a single minute logged for that time I was there for.. never mind what scalping was done the other hours that was done at a...
