Im shocked this place has so many stars! Being served by the entitled offspring of the DC Ranch 1% is not a vibe. None of these kids really needs a job and that is painfully obvious. This place was total chaos. The inmates were running the asylum. The line kept getting longer and longer. The space kept getting more and more crowded with people waiting for the SIX people behind the counter who could not (or would not) pick up the pace. 2 delivery drivers canceled their orders and left. When after waiting a full 10 minutes for a simple iced coffee I asked a girl who just seemed to be kinda standing there if she could figure out what happened to my order, she literally just stared at me, didnt utter a word! Like, nothing, no reply. It was bizarre. Not one person behind that counter had any sense of urgency in getting their customers their coffee whatsoever. I ordered hot large caramel blonde via drive through and as soon as I tasted it , drink was not right at all. I drove back and went inside and told the guy who is in the front desk about my experience about the drink . I was trying to give my phone number so that way he can verify my drink but he was telling me that I don’t get rewards for replacement. Simply he is judging me that I was giving my phone number for rewards . He told me that he will make it right away and in 30 seconds he called my name with drink and again drink did not make right . Drinks: We got a cappuccino with oat milk and the Mexican mocha. Coffee quality is very mediocre and the Mexican mocha has a syrupy artificial sweetener taste to it.

Food: The baked goods looked decent, but we needed some protein for breakfast so went for the breakfast burritos. They were microwaved, which is fine, and were piping hot. But the flavor is very bland, even with the sauce (almost liked a watered down sour cream with limited flavor). But it was enough food for a quick breakfast.

Service: Super friendly staff and very fast turnaround!
