Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Scottsdale

I asked what i found out to be a fat faced grumpy ultimately rude worker for his kindness if he can fill up my empty gallon bottle with ice and water and in the most rudest way he says to me “I’m not going to fill that up” And I said “..how come?” Not because I felt entitled to it but because in my head I’m just like it’s just water and ice that I’m asking for and I also offered to pay for it. He continues with his rudeness and says “I’m not going to fill up your gallon bottle with ice” and pointed to an ice machine that is across from him and told me to get it from there in which I knew of that machine already but the way the bottle is shaped it is hard to get the ice in directly from that machine hence why I came to ask for his assistance at Starbucks for ice and water instead. He was so mean I would never say no to a customer the way he did and his body language was not welcoming at all especially when all I was asking for was water and ice which is necessary for people to have considering how hot it is here in AZ. I ended up going to another Starbucks that is on the way to my destination and I HAD ZERO issue when I asked they were so polite and respectful and greeted me with a smile and I just thanked them so much for their kindness and went on with my family on our road-trip .This guy working at this particular location if you don’t like your job just quit! Went there during their open hours and they had a sign up that they were closed as they were short handed - I drove specifically to this location as it was the closest one to me+ it would have been nice to know they were closed before...

Drinks: just right in flavor and sweetness; your standard Starbucks drinks

Service: We had to stop in at 6 am ahead of going on the road, and the girl working there was very efficient and chipper!
