25 year dominos fan, 1st review I’ve ever left in my life. Tyler the GM is amazing and usually whom I order with. Spoke to COLE and had rude and horrible experience. Valentine’s Day with my wife, 6 month old asleep and we are stuck at our house. We tried to order a hot spot on my phone, but app wasn’t recognizing. Called to try and work out on the phone and when I say COLE was rude, he was flat out rude and completely unhelpful to both my wife and I. Live in cave creek, have to use hot spot to order a pizza, ALWAYS give a $10 tip. Cole was possibly the worst and least helpful person in service I’ve dealt with. Was purposely trying to make our experience difficult. Would have made our valentines to get a hot pie and watch a movie. Was able to call Barros and they were more than accommodating. Reconsidering our local dominos pizza from here on out. It was clear that he was going out of his way to make our experience difficult and rude. Cole was purposeful in actions. Read moreOrdered online, dismal experience with their process. Finally after fifteen minutes, and bogus discount, I still placed my order. Then(!) after all that they inform me I have to wear a mask. Hey, if you have special requirements tell me up front! So I guess they will just have two cold pizza's going to waste because I'm not accepting them as my healthcare director.

Called ahead to place a large order of ten pizzas trying to be courteous and give them time and was told that they don’t allow any order over $50 to be placed other than in person. Upon arrival, I was asked if I was picking up or placing an order and I informed the employee that I had called about the ten pizzas. Had he said you must’ve spoken to someone else it would have been fine but he said, no you didn’t our phone never rang and you called another store. My response was I’m here to place an order for ten pepperoni pizzas not argue. And then he tried to overcharge me by $40 and when told so his response was shrugging and saying oh ok and adjusting my incorrect $110 tab to the correct $70!
