First let me state the obvious other reviews have stated as well this location is hit or miss. I've had an issue once before with this LOCATION. Luckily there was a very professional manager there who took care of the issue straight away which I appreciated. Went to this location late night on Friday or Saturday of last week with a Male friend of mine and I ordered the egg roll combo well unfortunately when I returned home and unboxed my usually savory treats they were cooked to long and had a burnt taste or old grease was used one of the two. Well I returned today to have my order replaced only to be drilled by a guy who says to me I don't remember seeing you in the drive thru late night WTH!!!!! that's very creepy to me are you looking for me Wow I found it to be very discriminatory and disrespectful. So I said to him very politely it's fine I won't be returning here again and he said okay good. He feels that one customer who frequently goes to this location cannot have a problem twice is this the way JACK IN THE BOX deals with there customers who frequent there business. Now to be honest I'm still trying to figure out how he thinks he knows if I was in my friends vehicle or not... As a woman that definitely alarmed me. Don't like it one bit over fast food team to much TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT DON'T MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE THEY'RE TRYING TO DECEIVE YOU OVER...
Read moreNormally I'm fine with going to this Jack the Box but from now on when I see a pretty girl or lady at the drive-through or hear her voice on the speaker I'm gonna drive thrill and not stay because every single time it's a fight to get my order correct I repeated to her it least 5 times and then it's still wrong I don't understand how a sweet tea with no ice is so difficult but I have a florid allergy so if you put ice in my drink when it melts I can't drink it anymore because it's too watered down I can barely drink the tea is it is and I just wanted to enjoy my morning so now I can't enjoy my morning because not only did I have to fight with her about the no ice then she filled it up with unsweetened tea. I'm afraid to look at my sandwich because I'm also allergic to egg and I asked for no egg but I'm not sure if that rang through to her. I have to work 10 hours today I barely get a lunch break so this was gonna be my food for the day and now my experience has been ruined because she can't just pay attention to the person who's speaking to her to take their order she doesn't care she obviously doesn't care and she has an attitude and I just don't think that's great for customer service job and I am very very disappointed and Jack in the Box...
Read moreI placed an order for pickup at a specific location using the Jack in the Box app. My payment went through successfully, but when I arrived, cones were blocking the drive-through entrance. I went to check if the lobby was open or if anyone was available to speak with, but the doors were locked. I saw people inside, but they ignored me when I knocked on the door. I attempted to reach someone through the drive-through speaker and waited by the window, but nobody responded. An employee arrived later and informed me that they were closed, despite the fact that the drive-through is advertised as being open 24/7. I asked for a refund, but was told to contact Jack in the Box corporate instead. The employee also informed me that the manager would not be in until 9 am. This experience has left a bad impression on me, as it is not the first time I have encountered issues with Jack in the Box. Also still haven't gotten...
