This office is amazing, starting with the front office staff. They are always willing to help answer any questions and accommodate patients. I love how communicative they are with the back office about patients and their schedules. Romy and Amy are always on the run, helping patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, providing information about procedures, addressing insurance concerns, and so much more. All the front office staff are always there to help you!

Dr. Brad is an amazing, passionate dentist. From the moment I started working with him, I could tell he LOVES what he does. Dr. Brad thrives on tackling challenging and special cases, and he always amazes me with his exceptional work. I love his attention to detail. If you’re looking for aesthetic work, implants, veneers, etc., THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE.

Dr. Gastelum is the doctor I worked with the most, and he is by far THE BEST—here’s why: Dr. G is incredible at what he does. He always starts the day with a smile and genuine excitement to do what he LOVES. He takes excellent care of all his patients, ensuring they are comfortable before starting any procedure. He is calm, patient, and meticulous in his work. His numbing techniques are magical, according to his patients!

Dr. G’s work on teeth is remarkable. He takes his time with patients and is very conservative with tooth structure, which is always a plus. I love his work, and I often tell him at the end of appointments that his fillings and crowns look flawless, like there’s nothing there at all!

Dr. G’s exams are also extremely comprehensive and thorough. He always provides patients with options, explaining the best-case and worst-case scenarios. He genuinely works with his patients’ interests in mind.

Dr. Herro is an exceptional dentist who truly stands out. She approaches every case with enthusiasm and professionalism, making even the most complex procedures seem seamless. One of the things I admire most about Dr. Herro is how she always takes her time with patients, especially when explaining procedures and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

From the moment you walk into this office, it’s clear you’re in a place where every detail has been thoughtfully considered — from the warm, welcoming environment to the professionalism and compassion of the entire team. As someone who deals with dental anxiety (or anxiety in general) I was honestly blown away by how comfortable and cared for I felt throughout my visit.

Karly, my hygienist, was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She explained everything she was doing in real time, which really helped put me at ease. Her calming demeanor and attention to detail made what is usually a stressful experience for me feel smooth and even reassuring. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in delivering exceptional care.

Dr. Herro was equally amazing. She took her time during the exam and made sure I understood everything going on with my oral health, especially when it came to my TMJ issues. Her thoughtful, informative approach made me feel heard, understood, and like I was in extremely capable hands.

The front office staff also deserves so much praise. They are professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it’s going over treatment plans, helping with scheduling, or explaining financing options, they do it all with patience and clarity. It’s so comforting to know the people at the front desk are just as invested in your experience as the clinical team. They really know what they’re doing and go above and beyond to make every part of the process seamless and stress-free.

I also want to shout out the dental assistants — every assistant I’ve encountered here has been kind, skilled, and incredibly thorough. They work so efficiently alongside the doctors while still making sure you feel comfortable and informed at every step. Their confidence and knowledge are so reassuring, especially if you tend to feel nervous in the chair.

While Dr. Herro was my provider on this visit, I can confidently say that all of the doctors in this practice are top-tier. The entire team works together with such synergy and care — it’s truly a standout office. You can tell this is a place where both the staff and patients are genuinely valued.

As a hygienist who has worked in multiple dental offices, I can confidently say this is one of the most well-run, patient-centric practices I’ve ever experienced—both as a team member and now as a patient.

I came in for a last-minute cleaning (on my day off cause hygienists need their teeth cleaned too ;) ) and was so grateful to Amy who was able to get me scheduled quickly knowing that I wanted a cleaning last minute. Amy and the front desk team, Heidi, Donna, Megan and Mia are not only organized but genuinely kind and accommodating—something that isn’t the norm everywhere.

Sana did my cleaning and blew me away with her technique. She was incredibly thorough but gentle, with a calm chair-side manner that puts you at ease. Things I only hope I can translate when I do my own cleanings, and trust me it’s not easy to impress someone who cleans teeth for a living, but she did!

Dr. Herro did my exam, and one thing I’ve always respected about her (and now appreciate even more as a patient) is her conservative, thoughtful approach to treatment. She doesn’t jump to recommend unnecessary procedures, and she takes time to explain what she sees and why she recommends what she does. That kind of transparency and integrity is rare, and it builds real trust.
