This place has unfortunately gone way down hill. First of all the hostess seemed very young and inexperienced and told me it would be a 20 minute wait for my family of 5 at 5:45 because they had no high chairs because a large group on the patio had all of them. Then I told her we'd be fine without a high chair but she still said she couldn't seat us for 20-30 minutes because she didnt have a table big enough for us. After waiting a few minutes I walked through myself and saw probably 7 open tables including a few two tops that could have been pushed together. Also the big party she was referring to was using NO high chairs so I'm not sure why she would lie about that. So I asked her about the tables to see if we could sit in one of those and she said she couldn't overload the server/kitchen. Which I understand sometimes but during all this she kept seating other parties of 4 so if she had just put the tables together in the first place and sat us this wouldn't be an issue. So now I'm irritated with 3 young hungry children so I asked her if she could check with the server if she could seat us. He said yes so she finally sat us. At first she tried to put us at a 4 top and I had to ask her again if we could put the three little tables together so there would be room for all of us. She said yes and acted like she didnt know she could do that. So we ordered right away when our server came, food still took probably 30-40 minutes to show up. My pizza was cold, was missing the grilled red peppers I asked for, which they realized so they said they would bring me some on the side right away. 15 minutes later they brought me a side of canned cold red peppers. I just sent them right back. The restaurant was also freezing cold. We have so many great restaurants in Scottsdale don't waste...

Unfortunately I have been unable to stop back in but I did order carry-out. My experience was vastly different. Staff was very friendly and attentive at the time of my order pick up. The restaurant and kitchen appeared tidy and bright. Thank you for making things right! We ordered the family meal and it was wonderful! We will definitely continue to return to this location.
I love Pita Jungle and have been to several locations around the valley. I visited the Frank Lloyd Wright location today and won't be returning for service again. My husband, baby and I came in right about 1pm. No one acknowledged us but we sat ourselves as they had a seat yourself sign. We sat down and multiple employees walk past us without saying anything. Finally after almost 10 minutes a server came, said hi and dropped off menus and utensils quickly hurrying away without another word. We never saw her again. The menus were paper to comply with infection control for covid. A one time use item which clearly was used before. The tables, walls, seats, windows, and baby high chair were dirty and dingy. I can't imagine what their kitchen looks like if the front of the house looks so poorly kept. We decided to leave and again no one even noticed. My husband and I have both spent years in customer service and I have also served in the restaurant industry. It takes a lot for us to walk out of a place with absolutely nothing...
Read morePita Jungle is our go-to spot for healthy, delicious meals. From the moment we walk in, we're always struck by the inviting atmosphere and the friendly staff. But it's the quality of the food that really sets Pita Jungle apart.
One of the things we love most about Pita Jungle is the hummus. Whether we're ordering it as an appetizer or using it as a topping on one of their sandwiches or bowls, the hummus is always fresh and flavorful. We particularly love the cilantro lime hummus, which has a bright, citrusy flavor and a creamy, smooth texture. It's the best hummus we've had in town, and we always make sure to order it whenever we visit Pita Jungle.
Another standout dish at Pita Jungle is the mahi mahi with pita chips. The fish is perfectly cooked, with a moist, flaky texture and a flavorful seasoning. The pita chips add a nice crunch, and the cilantro lime hummus ties everything together perfectly. It's a dish we always come back to, and we've never been disappointed.
But it's not just the food that makes Pita Jungle a great place to visit. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and they go out of their way to make sure our experience is enjoyable. We love the casual, relaxed atmosphere, and we always leave feeling satisfied and happy.
Overall, we can't recommend Pita Jungle enough. If you're looking for a healthy, delicious meal in a welcoming atmosphere, look no further. Pita Jungle has it all - delicious food, excellent service, and a friendly, inviting atmosphere. We can't wait to go back and try more of their...
