Came in with a thin gold necklace that had broken and an antique gold watch that was really ornate and had a link fall out. Both pieces were very sentimental to my wife as they were her Mothers. When we arrived, they were with customers but immediately acknowledged us and let us know they would be with us soon. That unfortunately gave my wife too much time to look around. I made lemonade out of it, we have a 10 year anniversary coming up and I learned what my move will be with getting her something special. Noah wrapped up with his customer and took a look at what we had. After an assessment he fixed both pieces on the spot. (We both figured they would have to be left and picked up later) There's a monitor in the store that displays a magnified video of the work being done. Very cool. Moriah finished with her customer and between her and Noah my wife and I learned more about jewelry in the 20 minutes it took to fix the pieces than I have in my entire life. After he was finished, my wife couldn't find the repair on the watch or the necklace. Really interesting folks and the service/price/quick turnaround...

Not fond of going to jewelry places as they always sell sell sell, this place was different, i needed to get my new watch's band swapped for one I bought, I walked in and out in about 10 min, not one sell or up sell. Jonah was the one who helped and even answered questions while working on it in front of me, also got to see how he handled my brand new watch as he did it with care. Rare to find a good place to take jewelry. I asked if I owed anything as I expected to pay something, but he replied "first one is free", never been to a place where this has happened. This place is close to me so I think I have found my jeweler of choice and I am quite picky so once I find a place I like and has good service/prices I tend to stick with them. Next I will bring my coins in. 2 birds one stone kinda...

My fiance and I came here looking to buy a vintage engagement ring and found out they build amazing custom rings from scratch! We came back with a lot of different pieces of rings we liked thinking it was going to come out looking like a frankenstein ring, but Moriah took our ideas and sent us back an incredible first rendering! She was so patient as we toyed with ideas and made changes. They also helped us find an amazing diamond well under the cost we had seen anywhere else. The final rendering was perfect, and the ring turned out even more beautiful in person. They are officially where I go for any jewelry needs! Great husband and wife team who do great work and love...
