Went to Cold Stone Creamery last night. I craved a sundae of some kind...the place smelled like sugar and dirty feet. My two scoop creation (I had to ask for hot fudge) was $9.51 with a $1 tip, way too expensive for what I got. The waffle cone in the cup (which cost more than a dollar extra) was quite stale. Open shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Anchored by Safeway grocery, CVS pharmacy, and a Jack in the Box. Traffic flow is logical. Safeway has covered parking from a large solar array. There are multiple entrances on each side, so if you miss your turn there's no need to stop in the middle of Frank Lloyd Wright to figure out how to cut diagonally across traffic.
