Panda Express is one of my favorite places to eat it was 4:30 almost 5:00 which is dinner every one of those walks should have been full hot and ready to go three of them were empty and there was a line going out the door they were not prepared they were inefficient and really stingy with the serving size. I got a child's portion and you should have seen how small that was just a few little Chow mein noodles and and some teriyaki chicken like three pieces of chicken for $6 nothing was hot and nothing looked appealing. I've been in the restaurant business myself most of my life and so I know the restaurant business like the back of my hand and I don't know what was going on that night but they were very lackadaisical just real calm and kick back and it didn't matter if the walks were full or not and I mean it's 5:00 the line was out the door they had no beef and broccoli they had no Chow mein. Very little orange chicken there's maybe three servings of rice in the walk you know you have to be prepared and nothing looked appetizing appearance is a very important factor when you're serving food if it doesn't look good it's not going...
Read moreI usually love Panda Express and have been a loyal lifelong customer, but after a visit to this location I doubt I ll let myself into a Panda ever again. First I realized I didn't have a mask so I spent quite some time looking for one in my truck to come up empty handed. So I figured I'd just use this old bandana from work to cover my face. There was a lady who's accent was very strong it was hard to understand but she basically told me that mask is no good. So I proceeded to ask if I order over the phone and pick up would that be okay. And she replyed that wouldnt work because I still needed to come into the store. A. I've seen many of people wear bandana s and I get away with it. B. You just lost a customer because of you policy, a 20 cent mask you could of been giving away at the door like most store. C. This lady was RUDE ,I wish I caught her name but she offered no solutions at all to my problem, just a tuff...
Read moreI came into this Panda Express and the lady who helped me seemed very annoyed. Her name was Ara R. It was uncomfortable to me that she was in a really bad mood. They were getting things cleaned up to close. I got chow main and she put a scoop in my plate then grabbed some back out. They had a huge amount left and it’s not like a ton more people were about to walk in. So I got half the size of noodles in my to go order. Then I asked for sweet fire chicken and I asked if she could try to avoid the pineapple and she said I can try with a nasty ton and then glared at me. There was only 6-8 pineapples left and she gave them all to me while leaving a ton of chicken in the pan. I felt that was really rude. After I paid she never asked me if I needed any sauces so I asked if I could have some soy sauce and she glared at me and yes in the most annoyed tone possible. I was very unpleased with...
