I’m giving 3 stars because I’ve had good experiences here in the past (other than one cold spinach dip appetizer being served) but last night was a really bad experience. We come once or twice a month for Friday night trivia. Last night we decided to come a little early because we were really hungry. We got there at 6 but the service was super slow. We didn’t get our food for almost an hour and I was given a smaller beer than I ordered.
I wasn’t super upset about the beer but then my Buffalo chicken sandwich was completely cold when it arrived yet interestingly the chicken was over cooked? So it was over cooked and then sat there a long time before it got to me. I’m not one to complain about food normally but I would have said something had the server checked on us, he did a walking “everything okay?” Mid bite without waiting for a response. We then didn’t hear from him until we flagged him down for our check, about 20 minutes after our plates had been cleared by someone else.
We had planned to stay for trivia which is advertised to start at 7 but when we asked about it we were told it starts at 7:30. We thought maybe we were just losing it and it really does start at 7:30 despite us having been multiple times but then when I checked their website it still says 7. If they changed it, they should reflect it on their website.
Overall we had bad service, cold poorly cooked food, and left just after trivia started because it started so late and we were over the entire thing at that point. We’d wanted to order desert to eat during trivia but we didn’t want to wait an hour for that like the rest of our food and we couldn’t put an order in anyway because our server wasn’t checking on us.

After arriving to clean, set up table, with paid bill and a $10 tip on the far corner I waved several times to get a waitress or anyone’s attention, with no success. So, I decided to just wait. Must admit that after one hour and eighteen minutes I politely placed one chair on the table. Next minute, waitress arrived. I nicely asked her to tell me when the bill was printed; it was printed over two hours ago. I said that I been at this table for almost hour and a half with no service. I told her that even that she was previous customer who paid my bill, someone still should check on me. At that time, lady tending the bar arrived and decide to “protect her employee”. She acted like she was in charge. I explained situation, and asked how many waitresses are working now. She took it as a challenge, and told me “IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT HERE – LEAVE!” That when I realized that I am not in conc camp, not even the prison, and that I can leave any time I want. Thanks, I am a wiser man now. Superior customer relations skills. Mr. & Mrs. Sullivan are nice looks the only requirement for your employees? Waitress was nice and polite, not very skilled (single customer in the section waiting 1hr 20 minutes, instead of double JW black I got one, tobacco never arrived with my food…). Read moreSo I usually come to this place quite often to watch UFC PPVs. Usually the service is awesome and especially those at the bar are really attentive and I tip them very generously because I appreciate what waitresses like Natalie and Rachel do. They always check up on me and my friends even after the check was paid. Unfortunately the last 2 of 3 times I’ve drifted towards the tables and the service from some of the other waitresses has been the opposite. When someone else has to get the food because the younger newer waitresses seem to be flirting with drunk dudes letting them draw all over them instead of doing their job and it’s a repeat thing. I usually try not to raise my hand for the waitresses cause I find it rude on my part but when mine makes eye contact and looks away like she’s too good to be serving me that is an issue. I’m only saying this because I usually enjoy the bar and service these guys provide but a couple of bad apples could potentially put the good servers in limbo. I also get some people are just newer or busy and I am often not the only person in the room but when I get ignored that badly especially when my buddy wanted to order wings and give the place more money and business and he is telling me I’m in the right to be frustrated it can cost the bar...
