I am not sure if the individuals who reviewed (Mike and Rosie Williams, also wouldn't be surprised if they are the same people) are aware of the blatant sexism, racism, homophobia, and outright hatred they are publicly sharing, but it is extremely disappointing. First of all, what Mike posted is a disgusting lie that should never be joked about. Please get the help you clearly need and stop harassing people who are just trying to do their jobs. It is very sick and weird behavior. To shed some light on these horrible reviews, the prohibited & restricted content (against Google content policy) includes: Harassment (unwanted objectification of a person, including claims about gender identity), hate speech (content that is dehumanizing, belittling, or vilifies individuals or groups based on a protected characteristic), offensive content (unsubstantiated allegations of unethical behavior in a disrespectful manner), personal information (sharing personally identifiable information), and off topic (no relation to the actual experience in service or goods). Please get a life. A legal report has been made for both of you.
On a different note, I have been coming to this location since since I started working in the Pinnacle Peak area and I am always happy with my order. If you are actually interested in the service, food/drinks, and atmosphere, I highly...

Visited this location on Friday for a large drive-thru order for my sonâs birthday. I added a simple long pour triple espresso at the window, something Iâve ordered hundreds of times and is literally a button push on their machine. Instead of making it on the spot, I was told to park and wait. When it finally came out, it was clearly just an Americano (full of water) instead of a long pour.
When I went inside to have it corrected, I was met with arguments, condescending laughter, and dismissive looks. Three different employees brushed me off, one literally walking away while I was talking. Two spoke about me in front of me, and acted like I didnât know my own order. I stood there ignored while they made drink after drink for other customers. When I asked if mine was even being made, I was told âwe got itâ in a snarky tone, but they still didnât make it.
I walked out humiliated, frustrated, and without the drink that I paid for, and no apology. Absolutely the worst service Iâve ever had at a Starbucks. If you value being treated with basic respect as a paying customer, think twice before...
Read moreThis âStarbucksâ shop is a very nice, pleasant, clean place, with the amazing staff. The one can choose from versatile coffee and tea blends, smoothies, sweets, cakes, cookies, sandwiches, fresh juices and fresh fruits.
Upon arrival, I asked if hot chocolate is suitable for vegans. A young man, who worked there, told me that it is not, but for any case he took time to read the label and to be sure. After he confirmed that it is not, he really tried his best to find something I could take and enjoy.
I was sitting outside, in the open area, relaxing and having a good laugh. Two ladies were sitting across, talking. One of them was having an issue with her phone and she said (sorry for the language, these were her words, in the moment of annoyance): âSiri, you s*â and after a few seconds we all could hear the following respond from Siri: âI am trying my bestâ đ. All the people who sat there, including these ladies burst out in laugh. So, âStarbucksâ can be a pretty amusing place đ
If you are in the hurry, but do want to enjoy great beverages, this shop has a drive through for your convenience.
