Subway — Restaurant in Scottsdale

We chose this Subway because of location. After a unclean experience at a subway in Cave Creek, we opted to try Scottsdale thinking it would have pride of ownership in a high rent district. We were greeted with the suggestion on the door of Masked Required! Not a problem in Covid land, however the employee was not wearing one. The floor, tables and sandwich prep areas were filthy. The first sandwich was on stale bread so we requested another. The bathroom was filthy and of course no paper products. I too should have read the reviews before dining. The young man working the counter was at least pleasant and dealt with our complaints like...

The lady who was helping us was extremely mean to all of the guests. Her attitude was awful. First off me and my co worker went in for food. right off the bat u can tell either she hated her job or hated us but we had a hard time just getting our order through and this was only cause of how she was talking to us. Second the next customer who had a hard time reading and speaking english she def wasnt having that she talked down to him and made him feel uncomfortable. I cant believe this lady works there. The white bread was stale, the men's bathroom door lock is broken and the bathroom was in terrible shape. A male employee had his cigarette break right next to our outdoor table then went back to work right away. I didn't see him wash his hands! The patio chairs are broken which almost ripped my shorts.
