Place has gone down hill the last year. They will nickel and dime you for any modifications, send you the wrong order with missing items and fish does not seem to taste fresh. Ordered for the poke tuna salad recently and asked for dressing on the side, for the 2nd time in a row my dressing was not on the side, it was missing the crab and just a blah salad. I also ordered the dragon roll but asked for no eel and asked for cream cheese and soy paper instead. Got charged 2.00 for masago (already on the roll) 1.00 for cream cheese and 2.00 for soy paper... $5 upcharge when I asked for no eel, which is the most expensive part of that roll. Menu was expensive and had alot of variety. We ordered some sushi, gyosa, some fried rice, yakisoba and orange chicken. A good mix of Japanese and Chinese food. Taste wise- everything we ordered was excellent. Food, other than the sushi (obviously), was served hot which is always a plus. The sole reason for 4* for food was portion size. The only issue I have is I placed a take out order, I called and asked how long it would be before it was ready, I was told 20 minutes. This was at 6:28pm. I arrived at 6:57pm and was told it would take another 10-15 minutes before it was ready. Communication is key and being told it’s going to take 25 minutes past the time I was originally told is fine, but please keep your customers aware and not give false times.
