Just moved to the lake Scranton area from Dickson City, which has my favorite Dunkin, because the ladies there are super nice. Went to this location early this morning, when they weren’t busy, and the girl at the drive through was extremely rude. I said good morning to her, and got no response, said thank you 3 times, even after receiving my food not even in a bag, with no napkins. As I was going to leave, I thanked her one more time, and as she went to ignore me for the last time, I kind of yelled into the drive thru window “I said thank you. Have a great day!!” Then went back later on with my boyfriend just for coffee, even after my bad experience. Both of them were awful & had wayyy too much sugar (I get the same coffee every single time), so we went back inside just to get new ones, and a different girl at the counter was super annoyed that we were asking for new drinks, didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, and continued to basically tell me that my drink was fine, even though I get the same thing every morning and I know that it was wrong. Literally going to drive out of my way to avoid going to this Dunkin as much as possible. The worst one around,...
Read moreI've lost some much money at this place. Their lattes or capuchinos are 70% of the time is either burnt, super bitter or both. Most of the time even when they remake the coffee it's still burnt or super bitter. Once in a while they get it right. At first, I didn't complain because I felt bad. Then started bringing attention to the bad coffee, of course they've remade it. Last time, they remade it, or not, not sure, as it still tasted the same just a little diluted. I said something about it, to which stated that it maybe just esspresso and they can just add more sugar so I don't taste it!?. Lol. I just told them to keep the coffee, as I was running out of time for remakes (and it didn't seem like they were going to, or wanting to make it right). Went to Dunkin this morning again, and yet again, super bitter coffee). I didn't say anything this time at the location. Tired of wasting time and money on something that I cannot enjoy. Not going to...
Read moreI’ve been a regular here for a while now since it’s the closest to my house that has a drive-thru. Just about every time I come here, which has become less and less, there’s always something they can’t fulfill in my mobile order. I’ll get to the window and they say “sorry, but xyz isn’t available today.” So why is it an option on the app? Other locations if something is out of stock, the app will tell you when you try to check out. Just today I got to the window and the kid taking my order asked me what I got on my mobile order. Shouldn’t that be ready for me? Like it’s right there on the screen. The other people working there are always pretty nice, but the drinks will sometimes come out pretty lousy. They’re not always disappointing, but it seems like more often than not I’m leaving there frustrated. Most likely will be going to the Mulberry street location instead which isn’t much better...
