Food and service is good. But don’t use the online order option. Waiting on reimbursement Call the restaurant directly. They also charge $5 service fee.

My wife and I are staying across the street at the Sheraton and tried Sacco's out for a quick dinner. She ordered the garlic and butter chicken with white rice and I got the cheesesteak with the works. Her entree came with a side salad and garlic knots. The garlic knots were super soft, dripped with a delicious buttery garlic sauce. After that waited for almost an hour to get our food because it turns out someone in the kitchen made a mistake. We were pretty cool about it because we understand mistakes happen sometimes and luckily we didn't have anywhere to go right after. The food finally came out and the waitress told us they were going to comp our whole meal. That was super, super nice of them. Being patient paid off I guess. We still felt bad for the waitress because it wasn't her fault so we still left her a tip.

As for the food, the rice and chicken was delicious and the cheesesteak was one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. I didn't even need to out ketchup on it. I would 100% recommend the food here!!! We might even go back to eat there...

If I could give less than one star I would. Saccos is usually my go-to place for a quick bite however today it was extremely disappointing and I will no longer be returning. I ordered penne pasta with vodka sauce and to say the least there is barely any sauce on the noodles(as shown in the pic) and the sauce is that on it, is tasteless. Ok whatever, I normally wouldn’t say anything about that. But after opening my food and seeing dry noodles on top seeing them gloveless scooping pasta noodles out of the SINK and split into tiny containers to be heated up when ordered, I’m just disgusted. Literally taking his barehand to scoop noodles out of the dish washing sink. Then the girl at the counter, took someones money and without washing her hands proceeded to make my garlic knots. Why in 2022 are restaurants not supplying gloves for their businesses is beyond me, never mind dumping noodles in a sink to fill separate containers. And I’m supposed to trust these people making my food??? Yeah...

Having recently relocated from metro Detroit, I am on the hunt for local pizza establishments. The pizza here was visually appealing, and the aroma was enticing, but ultimately, it tasted like an average offering. When I inquired about pasta recommendations, the host suggested the pesto over the Alfredo. Unfortunately, I found the pesto lacking in flavor, with only a hint of nuts and basil; a bit more garlic and Romano cheese could enhance it significantly. I do regret spending around $40 on this meal. On a positive note, the buffalo wings and house soup were truly delightful. Overall, I would consider dining here again, though I would likely opt for different dishes than the pizza and pesto pasta. The restaurant itself exuded a wonderful aroma and had a cozy, small-town feel, which encourages me to return despite my mixed experience.

Waitstaff is friendly and efficient. Mushroom soup is fresh and very good. Garlic knots are another's in butter and have parmesan cheese on them. Salad is fine, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion. Lasagna is huge and reported to be excellent worth many layers. Eggplant parmesan is very nicely done; also very large. And leave room for the cannoli. It is excellent. Best I've had in as long as I can remember. Outside is just crisp enough and inside is smooth with a few chocolate chips, delicious and great consistency.
