Use to go to this place daily. I stopped in for something quick for lunch (2 pretzels). The young kid was great well mannered and respectful, but who I’m assuming is his father an older guy was the opposite. He tried to force me to buy a hoagie which I didn’t want. Then he’s like how about a few cookies, I declined that also. Then he’s like “Your only getting two pretzels a big guy like you only two pretzels!?” Like great you’re making around about comment about my weight yeah thanks. I only need some carbs for my work out at the gym. I know a lot of people that refuse to go down there now. I work in the plaza. I see the older guy outside trying to force people into subway for customers. If you treated people normally you would have the customers from the previous owners still. I also don’t agree with how they treated the employees they fired them all without warning. There were some high school kids that worked there and they show up for work only to be told they’re not needed anymore. I feel it could’ve been handled ALOT better. Be aware when you order from this store as they are ripping everyone off. I went to make my hoagie a meal on the app to do so is $3.50ish more okay cool you go to pick a drink they charge you .60-.80 cents on the drink and then .20 for the cookies that are supposed to be included in the 3.50 so I went to a different location on the app and guess what to make it a meal at any other one is only 2.90 more and they don’t charge for the drinks and cookies. So they are making an extra $4-$5 more per meal. Not to mention when I tried to place the order it wouldn’t let me probably cause they can charge more in person without people realizing. I’m thinking of contacting a lawyer as I have all the proof that they are illegally...

The man that attempted to make my sandwich was obviously new, okay not a problem. I asked for a 6 inch chicken bacon ranch, he didn't know what went on it and had to look. Couldn't cut the bread and barely put chicken on it. Another employee took it out of the oven shook her had and proceeded to give it to him to finish. She had to see that it wasn't right. I didn't day anything because I would never want to embarrass him. Honestly it's not his fault, he clearly needed help and to be shown the proper way. I cannot believe I spent 7 dollars on it.
