Jumbo China — Restaurant in Seaford

So 4 stars (for around here as in Seaford, laurel,delmar(s),Salisbury md, etc etc...) is pretty darn good. I am rating the food by accuracy, aesthetics, freshness/taste. What ive ordered, which have been various dishes, have all tasted up to par for "freshness" ,which id grade as 1 star past acceptable(AVG), while id grade MOST Chinese food places around the area as JUST acceptable (and some unacceptable) when it comes to the believability that the food i am eating is fresh & stored properly (as i wonder with ANY kind of restaurant). Anyway!...This place has also built a clever "contraption" to help them (..and us?) feel safe with this covid mess, which makes me feel that they do take precautions seriously in other areas as well, like our food preparations. The taste compared to most around here bumps them up to a higher score...because..well we arent exactly going for the gold around here on most of our restaurants lol. First off the fact that you can see the workers cooking is trying to novel and I like that second thing the young lady who help me was extremely sweet. I ordered online and even though the website is very well laid out there were some parts that had little issues like the password it doesn't mention that you shouldn't use special characters. All right I always review these three items moo goo gai pan; very accurate very good. Hot and sour soup; this wasn't very spicy but the ingredients were correct. They did up to use brown mushrooms instead of tree fungus which is more traditional and that's okay because out in the middle of Delaware might not be able to find that. Easy to find, plenty of free parking. Dishwater like broth for the Wonton soup, weak over cooked noodles, lackluster filling. Spring rolls should be called grease rolls. Tasteless and barely filled with limp vegetables. The house fried rice is a nightmare. While this should be a top of the menu item, it too is badly executed.
