I have frequented this location 4 times in the past month, and it was solid the first 3 visits. However, today was absolutely awful. The turkey and roast beef were both slimey and had fowl odors. After tasting both proteins, I threw out all the meat and ate overpriced bread sandwiches. I believe this location is under new ownership with a different franchisee. If I'm correct, the new owner only cares about one thing ($$$), and couldn't care less about the health, welfare and satisfaction of its customer base. These meats were clearly spoiled on two of my subs, and if that's how you are going to operate your business, good luck during bankruptcy. Remember, there is a Santa Fe Importers two doors down, and although that restaurant is not on the same level as their original Long Beach location, they both blow you out of the water. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! UPDATE: The owners took care of me, and I just thoroughly enjoyed a couple of delicious cheese-steak subs. Thank you Rick & Lesley!!! You have absolutely retained my...
Read moreWe are new to this area but not new to Jersey Mike's so we walk in & there is a guy waiting for his subs that are 1/3 made but the two Jersey Mike's employees are in the back talking about work(he likes working here but not the people) She comes out from washing hands to finish the subs. Then she asks us about our order, we tell her(7 & 13)& she starts the order but first grabs a handful of meat cutoffs from the meat slicer(this was the dirtiest meat slicer I have ever seen at any Jersey Mike's)with meat still on the slicer she just kept going on making our subs. The two and a new customer are talking about that there is nothing prepped and hoped it was slow even though it was a Friday night(@8:05-6/11/21) We get home to eat the subs and the number 7 says Italian on it and the number 13 is blank?? Wow just love the service 🤯 I will think about the Jersey Mike's by LBX or in Bellflower where we...
Read moreThe worst JMs I've ever been too. Been here three times and there is always an issue with their customer service. One time I ordered ahead and went up to pickup line. Waited more than five minutes for worker to acknowledge me when she was two feet away at the register. Today, one of the workers decided to give us stale, hard bread. Luckily, my daughter started to eat in the car and bit in to the sandwich. When we returned the sandwich the worker said he had thrown the bread away after we left because he noticed it was hard. So lucky my daughter started eating in the car, or else we would have gotten home and been stuck with a terrible, expensive sandwich. We are done with the Seal Beach store. It simply has careless, thoughtless workers. And it's obvious management/ownership doesn't know what's going on in...
