Arby's — Restaurant in Searcy

First off this Arby's overall is one of the best i have been too. However I am giving this reveiw 1 star because of the experience I have had multiple times with the same employee. I come here almost every Sunday and get a #1 combo. I always ask for 6 packs of Arby's sauce because I use it on my sandwich and to dip my fries in. Today the employee working the window (Tori) rolled their eyes and firmly stated no then proceeded to only give me 3 packets of sauce when I requested 6. I had to park and go inside just to get the correct amount of sauce. This is the second time this employee has done this. The first time it happened I chaulked it up to the employee having a bad day but this is clearly not the case since it is a reoccurring issue. I work all over the US and have never been refused 6 Arby's sauce I could see if i was asking for an excessive amount of sauce, but at 13 dollars for a combo I believe I should be able to dip my fries in the sauce of...

6-2-24 Went inside to order,after waiting over 10 mins & being ignored like I wasn't there. A guy who looked high came to front counter and just stared at me. Finally saying "waiting on you!" I said I've been standing here over 10 mins,nobody has took my order. "I've got fries to do,I can't take orders & do fries! Do you want something or not" I order. He put my order in wrong, doesn't say the total, no thank you,nothing walks away comes back and just throws my food on the counter and walks away. Absolutely pitiful service & pitiful excuse of person in general. I own several businesses and if one my employees ever acted like that at any point of there job they would be on there way at that moment. I made sure to be polite ,I'm not going down to anyone's level. And BTW they where not busy, the place seldom is busy. Just poor employees & mangiment. The store franchise owner should look into...

This Arby's location is great, especially the staff! Occasionally the food is a little less than fresh, but this happens at many fast food joints. I still say this particular location is great! The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly, and it's in a convenient area. Arby's is a little on the expensive side for fast food, but the value is worth it. They have good quality meats, and a nice selection of beverages. They are abiding by the CDC guidelines for Covid, which is something I take very seriously when I leave a review. I would suggest customers to ask for fresh food, sometimes the heat lamps take a toll on quality. Like I said, this isn't solely an Arby's issue.
