I went in to order three sandwiches and was informed by the manager that they were under new management. I was told that I would be charged extra for two of the sandwiches because I requested a specific type of chicken. Lisa, also known as "Karen," could have simply added the chicken I was being charged for. When a customer orders and pays for something, it should be made without debate. I didn’t mention your colorful hairstyle, your apparent dislike for your job, the poor customer service, or your lack of sandwich-making skills. While I could elaborate, I have better things to do than point out your shortcomings (the picture speaks for itself). This post is to warn others about "Karen" disguised as Lisa, who acts as if customers are a nuisance. To the new management team: the coworker who assisted me deserves a raise. The lady that was on duty took care of every walk-in customers before starting to prepare my two foot-longs already paid for. There was another guy there waiting on his mobile order before i walked in and the lady apologizeed for the wait but i spoke up and said that we\meaning me and the other guy should've just walked in to get waited on quicker. He was in there by himself hustling to serve 8 people and had like 4 to go orders to make. He moved so fast and correctly that it didn’t take him long to get through all those orders and keep his line down. He was so fast and friendly.
