Normally I would rate this store a 1 star, after my last visit. I had a horrible man treat me disrespectfully that I did not buy my items. I saw the manager as I left the bathroom in tears and He stop me to ask if I were ok. I told Him and He tried His best to make it better, at the time He could have given me the items and I would not have taken it. This morning on my way through Searcy, I had to exchange something I received wrong through the mail, We had 2 lovely young women greet us at the front register and told us what we needed to do, then a nice tall young man help us in that department and then showed us where something else was by taking us there Himself. We returned to the front and the 2 girls were extremely wonderful. So if they keep people like this I'll return. Great...
Read moreJCPenney is going through some changes. I don’t know if it’s growing pains or just changing. Every time I go in something has changed. I suppose it keeps the customer engaged. They always have a good selection of men’s clothing at a good price. I need to go and get a dress shirt and a tie they always have a good selection. If my kids need shoes, clothes or anything else they sell it’s good to good price. Just like every other store these days there is a rewards program and a credit card. And of course at the register the first question is would you be using your JCPenney credit card today? And of course if you say no you were told the reasons why that’s a bad idea. Read moreI was waiting at a registwr for over 5 minutes. I left to go and find an employee. One finally came walking from z oter part of the store. The woman ahead of me said she had neen waiting for almost 10 minutes. She was returning 3 items. The clerk rang up eaah piece separately and gave her a refund one piece at a time. Another 5 minutes wasted. I explained that i needed a phone number or web address to order a part for an appliance i had bought at JCPENNEY. She had no idea and called for another employee. He listened and said he had no idea and didn't even try to go on line or call the office for information. Just said he couldn't help. Very poor...
