Hardee’s — Restaurant in Searcy

If i could no star I would Juile is by far the rudest General Manager I have ever encountered. Took my order and failed to put it in. Got to the window and it still was incorrect. I ordered a #1combo with orange juice. Not giving a receipt I received a biscuit and orange juice in which cost more. walked in the establishment and she had her gluteus maximums on the counter talking to other customer for over 4 minutes. Finally she jumped down looked me in the face and walked off. The other worker asked how can she help me and and I explained what I ordered and I did not receive my hashbrowns. Juile told me the worker in the window took them off and it took her over 5 minutes to hand me some without apologizing in a very rude manner. I asked for a full refund and the district manager number and corporate. I will never return to this establishment no matter what state I travel to. ridiculous even the fellow customers didn't like how I was treated and was shaking they head and calling her rude. What i got is good but if you don't like pork like me, in order to get the 2 for $5 breakfast you have to get the egg/sausage on biscuit & take the sausage off. Makes no sense to me why you can't order egg only biscuit but tried that & was tld not prt of the special 2 for $5 😕. My other issue is they, like alot of places, think everyone wants sausage gravy. I'd love if they carried plain gravy. I'd love to see more places carry turkey bacon or turkey sausage also. Oh also I can't get a burger from here because charbroiled stuff gives me digestive issues. Not that too many yrs ago they had normal non-charbroiled burgers here, but again most places are assuming too much when they thing thats what everyone wants. Took a trip out of state from Texas on the way back sound this Hardee's after we had passed so many and two other states and my boyfriend raved about it the whole entire trip. But when we got to this Hardee's we finally got to order and finally on our food just to be super disappointed in the food! He said that was the worst Hardee's he had ever had. Both of our burgers were dry and had absolutely nothing in Between the Buns. I will have to say the chocolate shake was great once it finally got mixed up in melted.
