Prior experiences were great. Upon entering the store Saturday evening 9/28, there were 2 young adults at the register. There was an older lady in the "line area" getting food. These young adults were interacting with the employee as though they are good pals. I go to the "order here" spot and wait. A few minutes pass & the young adults have left the register and entered the line area. It takes roughly 10 minutes to wrap up the older lady's order. As I approach the counter, the employee assertively states "sir, they were in line ahead of you...just letting you know." No hello. No how are you. I said, "oh, I figured that would be the case." Wish I would have said what I was thinking, which was 'no - they were not in line...they were at the register for several minutes...then they positioned themselves in line.' I initially felt bad for the employee as they were operating the store alone...particularly on a Saturday. Oh well. So, it was best to quietly tell the other customers behind me (mom and her 2 kids) that she could go next as I calmly exited the store.

Upon receiving the food we ordered my steak sandwhich was COLD, it had not lettuce like I asked and I asked for more onions and bell peppers and it had the smallest amount. And my coworkers sandwhich didn’t have the proper amount of turkey for her turkey titan and the wheat bread on her sandwhich was hard as a rock. And honestly I’ve worked at Subway for years and know the expectations that are held and the way the food should be made, and this was not it. She did not want to be bothered, even rolled her eyes when another customer came in. Then she left walked away without giving us our drink so I just took a cup myself. The other girl without a name tag was at least friendlier then her. We heard her claim she was having a bad day and I would understand that but to treat us like we are bothering her and that we are stupid because we wanted to add things to our sandwiches was just uncalled for.
