Bill’s Cash Saver — Local services in Searcy

This Cash Saver implores one of the most heinous and purposefully misleading buisinuss practices I have ever seen, they charge a 10% "store tax" on all items, on top of the normal sales tax. Never once have I ever seen this so-called "store tax" used by any other general store, and they have failed to accurately inform shoppers of this unnecessary extra tax. They have a sign hidden on the roof stating that they charge 10% tax at this store, however it's easy to assume they mean the sales tax which is also 10%, they fail to mention this is an additional tax. Never visit this location EVER, there are many general shops just like this one in the Searcy area that do not charge you this...

Way cool grocery and household shopping at a hard working family , or a single persons budget!!!! They are hometown friendly, the customer staff are very accommodating and helpful, as well as very experienced, and quick to help you find what you need. Parking is convenient, and they are wheel chair accessable. As for me personally, I give them not only four stars, but, I also have to give them credit where credit is due when it comes to their meat and produce departments, B+ on both! Finally, they have a customer friendly, and speedy bill pay center @ their customer service department that is almost second to none! You should really go see what they have done in their store!...

I started shopping here after Kroger shut down. The prices are average but are advertised as the best in the area. The staff are welcoming and helpful, mainly young people. The produce section tends to be a toss-up, and I don’t think they have any local or organic produce. The best part of Searcy Cash Saver is that all kinds of people shop there. It’s in a great location; it’s within walking distance of downtown and a lot of the neighborhoods in searcy. It has more of a local feel than Walmart, but there just aren’t many options in searcy...
