Had the worst experience here! I had never used the app, and my mom said that I would get discounted items for using it. I typed in my order and said that I would pick it up in the drive-through. When I got to tge drive through there was one care ahead of me with several orders, no big deal I waited for her to finish and pull forward when I got to the speaker I said that I had ordered on the app the guy said okay, just go to the second window. So, I passed the one car that was in front of me while they were still at the payment window paying for all of their orders and went to the second window like I was told. I said that I was there to pick up the app order for Ashley, and the girl at the window asked if I skipped ahead in line. I said I passed the car that was still paying for all of her orders, and mine has been paid for for a while now. She then proceeded to cuss me out and say that I needed to get back in line. I then said no, I would rather just have a refund. She had trouble trying to get me a refund and asked me to pull up. I said no, if my food is ready, I would really rather have that. She then left the window and told her coworker to get my food. I kept asking her for her name and she said that she didn't have to give me that information. My worst experience EVER at any restaurant, and this was my first and last visit to...
Read moreBoth myself and my mom have had TERRIBLE experiences at this location. The manager is the worst and treated us like less than human. Both encounters were on different days so it wasn’t just an off day. All the staff seem afraid of her. My experience in short was a result of a poorly managed drive thru line. The line was probably 20 cars deep and went into the street. I had made an order on the app and was supposed to pick it up in the drive thru, but it wasn’t safe to just sit in the road. I parked in a spot and went inside (wearing a mask, etc) because inside pick up is also an option. She stomped up to me and yelled at me to get out because they weren’t open for dine in service. I gently explained the situation and she threatened to cancel my order. Thankfully another server (who I’ve not seen there since, only went because I was with a group who wanted to go) stepped in and got me my food. Later, my mom was cut off mid order and was shouted at for not being finished fast enough for the manager’s liking. It wasn’t even a long order! Just some lunch for her and my little brother! Everyone else there is great, but Sharon is awful. Avoid the whole...

Located just off of Harding's campus, this Wendy's location offers a fresh take on a classic franchise. The old Wendy's location on Race street (closed down and moved to this new location) was no better than any other Wendy's. The building was generic and drab, and the food itself was nothing to write home about.
With its new, sleek building design, Wendy's has greatly improved in Searcy. The building is very modern and aesthetically pleasing, and the drive through is easily accessible and the service is quick.
Wendy's offers some great meals at a low price, the most popular being the 4 for $4, including a sandwich (Jr. Bacon cheeseburger or chicken sandwich), 4 nuggets, fries, and a drink, all for just $4. This low price, combined with the top-notch quality of its food (in comparison to similar chains like McDonald's or Burger King), makes for a deal that is tough to pass up.
Wendy's is killing the fast food burger game. Would...
