Buyer beware! I got cheated by the delivery driver dont know her name and the manager Glenda hung up on my after my complaint. I will never buy from this place again.
I complained to corporate and this is a franchise not an actual dominos....
Mind you there are no receipts for cash payment. So this was a very good chance for her to cheat us and most likely other unsuspecting customers...
I called and asked about the promotions, said 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, 1 cinnamon twists, and garlic bread for $27.99 plus $4.99 delivery fee.
The delivery driver arrived. My husband answered it while I was busy with $40.00 in hand. I told him to give her a $2.00 tip.
Later I asked where is the change and he says, she told him the price was $37.99. So he gave her the full $40.00.
I called and asked for a clarification on why she told my husband the wrong price. The manager tells me the driver said she told him the total was $27.99 and he wanted her to keep the rest as a tip.
Which complete B.S. because if the total was $27.99 why didn't she tell him about the $4.99 delivery fee? Liar...
I told her we didn't do that, we wanted her to have $2.00 tip and wed like the rest of our money back but Glenda the manager, said "I'm not dealing with this" and hung up on me.
I got so upset, I called back asked for the manager only to find out she was the manager. What a misrepresentation of a company I truly enjoy....
Don't buy from this location and if you do beware...
Hopefully Glenda is either reprimanded or let go by now because if you are reading the other reviews she is obviously not well liked...

My claim is not necessarily that the people and products here are perfect, but they are pretty darn good. I've ordered so much pizza and plus over the years that we are practically best friends with the delivery drivers. Especially a couple of the drivers who have been working there probably the entire time. Almost no complaints. I mean, maybe a total of 3 time did they make even the slightest mistake. For example, I can remember 2 times they forgot to put the sauce one a side and I was certainly disappointed; however, 3 mistakes out of 100+ interactions. Sheesh, your hired. I make 100 mistakes out of 3. JK obviously, but that's just easy math. Honestly, I've been so impressed that even when they did make those mistakes, I didnt even want to bother them, I just ate it anyway. To go further, I've probably ordered on every day of the week and probably on every major holiday. Their service is incredible and rarely is there even a long wait. Maybe twice it took an hour, but probably 10 times it took only 15-20 minutes. No joke. Wondering if they even cooked it. But sure enough, piping hot and just impressed. Oh, one time our internet was weird and we accidentally order twice. They called us quickly to verify if we meant to order twice. Anyway, love the people and service here. Go here! Read moreOWNER MUST READ!!!!! Ordered two pizzas and a pop for take out. I picked it up but they never gave me the pop. I called them up right away to tell them they forgot my pop. They delivered it. Ten minutes ago I had a second helping of pizza and noticed they didn't put the mushrooms and black olives on it. I called them up . One manager heard from the female manager that she already took care of it this morning and sent us two new pizzas!!!! I just realized the toppings where gone when I called the second time . He told me he was going to go with what the other manager said. I told him she must have me confused with a different order because I just found out about the missing four dollars toppings five minutes ago . Well no four dollars worth of toppings, no new pizzas. They claimed they made two new pizzas. Why when they only messed up one? I got to call the owner. These two night managers who are working right now at 8:20pm on Aug 27 2018 need to get fired and also I want the owner to review and listen to my calls. I get a bit tickd when they lie to me and tell me they fixed my order and gave me new pizzas when I never called in the morning and complained about pizzas. I'm requesting the calls be heard and fixed. I'm not letting this go until I talk to an owner or someone who will believe me. The calls tell the truth that they are lying about.
