Mall of Africa Restaurant — Restaurant in SeaTac

I went there seeing the website reviews and wanted to try African food. Unfortunately, there was Extremely uncomfortable environment. I was with my mom, aunty and toddler. The moment we entered, there wer two other their native customers were literally staring at us like they have seen an alien. I seen nobdy to take order at the counter but from nack in the kitchen women were yelling and shouting. I rang the bell twice and a gentleman showed. I requested if any one can take the order and meanwhile another their native customer came to order. He took his order and i waited there for 15 minutes and left to my table back. My mom said lets leave, what kinna of a place is this and meanwhile another persona cane by saying we dont have checken burger but beef and I said please pack only one for my toddler and we decided not eat here and that took the person 20 minutes and around us all the customers got there orders and I was waiting. Absolutely loved the service and the food. This is a block away from the Best Western and was a fantastic option for Lunch and Dinner.

I had the Samosa and the Chicken Wrap. Sadly, they have toned down the spice on some dishes because local pallettes are not used to spice. However, I was able to request the authentic/standard level of spice for the Chicken Wrap. It was fantastic. Paired well with the green hot sauce.

I also had the Samosa and my Uncle thoroughly enjoyed. He said it changed his life and he has to find places to eat them...

The food here was awesome. Friendly service answered my questions because I didn't know what to order. The lamb shank was delish.

I came here for lunch not knowing what to expect. Very chill atmosphere. Not many people here for lunch on a Thursday. Honestly I will be back next time I'm out in the area for work! The coffee is also decent and cheap compared to what you'd get in Seattle. The beans are ground fresh which was a plus. Big portions as well. Almost didn't finish...
