How do you put into words the most amazing experience a couple could have with a wedding caterer? Raquel felt like family from our first interaction.
She was warm, patient, responsive, professional, and experienced. Raquel listened to our budget and ideas for the menu, then provided thoughtful proposals that we discussed and edited together. We did tastings of every piece of the menu and were comfortable being honest with our opinions. We ended up creating a beautiful and delicious menu with Raquel that fit our palette.
Raquel's food is so flavorful, she makes every dish with love. There were some dietary restrictions for a few of our guests and Raquel made sure there were meal substitutions for them. The guests were impressed with the dishes and left our wedding well fed. Baker's Dozen provided buffet service and bartending along with cake cutting. No one left thirsty and no guests were over served - it was perfect.

She worked as a team with her husband, Todd, for our wedding this past Friday and they were both so kind and easy to work with. They did both catering and bartending. Raquel was very flexible with our menu changes and making sure everything was inclusive for everyone, and was also able to work within our budget. She was even so kind and understanding when I needed to change my wedding date due to illness, and on top of that drove through the snow for our new date!! Everything was delicious and she was so easy to work with (excellent communication and very responsive). With her 34 years of experience, we knew we were in great hands with Raquel and didn't need to worry about a single thing when it came to feeding our guests. We had so many food options for brunch, there was something for everyone and no one left hungry.
