I Was looking for a place with good fried chicken - while I appreciate the food and what it’s bringing to west Seattle specifically, I’m not getting a wow experience BUT it is good. I got plain chicken wings and Mac n cheese. The chicken was easy to pull off with not too little and not too much meat on the bones though the after taste tasted like it was fried with the same oil from catfish and/or seafood. Great little takeout spot in West Seattle that operates from the Distinguished Foods kitchen along with other businesses. The seasoning of our catfish and chicken wings was on point. Just like being back in the south!
