Tab milktea — Restaurant in Seattle

i'm a little bit in love, which breaks my heart, because i don't live anywhere near seattle. this is some of the best milk tea I've ever had. my friends and I tried the peach milk tea, jasmine milk tea, red thai tea, vietnamese coffee, and one other tea, but I don't remember which. we went for 50% sweetness and less ice on everything. all of them were startlingly delicious and flavorful with the perfect amount of sweetness. the boba had a lovely texture too.

you can really feel the owner's passion when you talk to her. she cares about honest feedback and will help you choose something you will like. I'm cheering for her. she did say there's a problem with online orders where they don't appear for her right away, but it wasn't a problem for me. i showed her my order, and it gave me the opportunity to talk to her about my sweetness and ice levels. she even offered to help me carry my friends' teas to my car, which was so kind!

so yeah, a whole-hearted 5 stars. i made sure to go back for more of that peach milk tea before i left town. if i was local, i would be a regular. i want to try to rest...

Edit after restaurant response: thank you for your response, but it still shows that it all has to be through a third party site or a phone call. I hate trying to give orders over the phone. Except for the places where I am a regular, they always get it wrong. Maybe it is my accent. The third party sites all listed 30-40 minute wait times for receiving my order. I did not see any online ordering directly through your site. The menu links to static pictures on Facebook, but there didn't seem to be a way to order through that without making a Facebook account. I understand you are unhappy with my review but if I can't even order and get a simple bubble tea within a reasonable amount of time then I stand by it. The guy at the door of the facility was also very rude and had the attitude that if I wasn't going to pick up an order immediately I needed to GTFO.

You could also state on your website that it is pre-order take out only and list the options...

West Seattles best hole in the wall bubble tea shop I would recommend this over any bubble tea place any day! I love how they use no syrups and no powder in their bubble tea, and have options for lactose free milk. I heard about this bubble tea shop from one of my close friends in the area who is also a boba enthusiast!

I honestly had no idea I was being helped by the owner when I was ordering until I checked out their site afterwards. But they were incredibly kind and patient as I was feeling indecisive on what to order. I love how the owner was like "give me 5 minutes with your order" and came back within a few minutes. They even had me try the bubble tea first prior to purchase to see if I liked it. Again they were so kind! Customer service is definitely 5/5

I will definitely come back and will have to try the peach tea which also has no caffeine! :)

I just wish the bubble tea place was its own shop or had a place to sit and chill with friends. But thats okay, support the business so...
