After finishing a jog last week, I was craving sorbet. I looked on my phone to find stores that sold local sorbets and came across Seattle Sorbet (appropriately named). I purchased the Mango Sunset sorbet and the Tequila Lime sorbet. Both flavors were AMAZING, but the Mango Sunset is my favorite for now. I’ll be returning to try other flavors. Stocking up on a few pints will be a necessity for the long summer days that are approaching.

Walking in, I was greeted by Claiborne who is the director of Operations and explained the ordering system and flavors to me. He was extremely nice and excited about his products. In addition, they also have food venders (Thai, Hawaiian Island style, Indian) in the commercial space. They also have a chef on hand who teaches classes on chocolate and French Macaron making. Not only is it vegan, but it’s Kosher, and many of the flavors offer a fun twist. Some of my favorite flavors are raspberry merlot, mango sunset and tequila lime. My family and friends love when I bring this sorbet over because we can always jazz it up by adding it into margaritas for our taco nights or be extra fancy and pour champagne over a scoop or two to make it a float.
