From the timeliness of our delivery to the managers or supervisors word of mouth, it has been a negative experience. We have ordered delivery and received our food 2 times in a row nearly 2 hours later, luke warm to cold. I have called and spoken to the manager regarding the food delivery and he would quickly try to end the conversation by saying that he will credit or refund us the money. After 3-4 business days we would still receive no credit or refund back from them. And this happens at least three times with one occurrence then back to back. Now if this doesn't get through the regional or district manager, I will find someone to contact that will make things right with the customers and for future customer. As of right now I'm giving 1 star and would not recommend anyone to go through them. I can picture their own employees that are working there to give them positive feedback and reviews that...
