I came here with my baby today around 12 PM. The food did not take long to receive the man taking the orders was very nice and had great customer service. The reason I give three stars is because of him even though he did give my baby a lollipop that had an ant in it lol I just gave it back, but it was kind of him to offer. Let’s get into the food the beef patties that I ordered were soggy. They were not flaky and crispy and seasoned like I’ve had before. I’m also from Los Angeles and I’m used to a certain kind of food. The brisket was dry The rice and peas were flavorless just as the brisket the pasta was good, which is also why I give the food to stars. They call it mac & cheese but it’s really like Rasta pasta. The cornbread was moist but everything besides the rice pasta had absolutely no flavor. the brisket really was extremely dry and lacked any kind of seasoning. Any kind of flavor. The food was so bad that it’s still sitting on my table. I wish I could take it back because I did spend $35. I took one bite no two bites out of the beef patty to make sure I was not tripping. It was so soggy and la flavor. Another thing is although I was on the phone I was asked if I wanted to sit and eat in and I said yes but the guy in the back said well I wanna listen to my music so you’re going to have to finish your conversation so I ended up leaving anyways so he can listen to his music. I really feel like I wasted a lot of money a better place that I do know that’s closer to me as well is called the red lounge if you’re looking for decent Caribbean food I’m not sure about their entrées, but I am sure about their beef patties and they are delicious as a matter of fact, I might go get one because I was so unsatisfied with this place. Everything was fanatics, we ordered the chicken meal, jerk in bone, with red beans and rice and jams. The second meal we ordered was their burnt ends with macaroni and cheese and greens. The last meal we ordered was their brisket with garlic mash potatoes and baked beans. We also ordered a lb of sausages, we got two chicken and two pork, one barbaque and the other jerk, in both meats. The food was excellent, everything was cooked to perfection. Most the time when you order burnt ends, theirs bones in them and areas of gristle. Not these, their thick, no bones or gristle, nice and tender. The brisket is really good, very tender, thick slices and a good portion. The jerk chicken was good, I'm not a big fan of spice, I can only handle small doses of heat. The jerk chicken wasn't so spicy that I couldn't eat it, it's very good, but does have a small amount of heat. My favorite side is their Mac and cheese, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. Their greens are really good, they do have a small amount of heat. Truly, you can't go wrong, all of their sides we tried were really good. If you want sausages added to your order, you'll need to call to order them, it's worth the call. Beware - order ahead means nothing to this business! They will sell your order to the person in front of them and leave you without and not even blink.

Our experience- we Ordered a day ahead for a birthday party through their Uber option and as my husband was driving to pick up they told us they were out of two items and then abruptly cancelled the order (10 min prior to end of pick up window!). We called and called to find out what was going on but no one picked up (during business hours). They claimed it was an Uber problem when my husband arrived to pick up and once an order is cancelled they sell the food to someone else! All in the span of ten minutes. They refused to make it right. Pretty sure they never intended to honor the order (hence being out of items just prior to pick up when we ordered more than a day in advance) and Uber was their convenient excuse . Can you imagine ordering $200 of food in advance for a birthday party and driving 30 min to pick it up and they cancel when you are just about there and tell you you can go to the back of the line and wait more than an hour and a half for some of the food you ordered yesterday because they sold the food you ordered to someone else! Just the worst customer experience ever! Don’t count on them for order ahead they’ll just sell it to the guy in front of them and tell you tough luck. Never...
