Went out to get BBQ but Lil Red's closed early. Still felt like having at least a little zest in our evening so walked down a bit further and bam!

Which not once have We been ever disappointed with this location in any which way shape or form.

You get what you pay for and you get fast service, unless you are ordering a whole pound or two of chicken. Then yeah you are gonna have to wait a few.

And yes it worth the wait!

For those who enjoy zest and flavor their 'spicy' Recipe is amazing. If you can't handle spicy foods, but love the flavor without the heat? Go for the spicy recipe.

If you are unsure you can always go half & half.

The tenders are fantastic while the leg and thighs they have to offer are some of the juiciest and supple pieces of meat in the area. So if you are in the market for savory dark meat, this is this definitely a good option.

The place was very clean inside and the staff follow proper quarantine/pandemic protocols while still being friendly and giving customers good tidings and cheer.

Lastly if you start to walk out the door order in hand without your sauce, they'll get your attention and make sure your dipping needs are taken care of.

This store is cheating the customers!!! I came here a lot and this time made such an unpleasant experience!!! I will not come again!!! I ordered 8-piece combo and two jumbo sides at the Rainier store at 7:17pm on April 6th. After the worker packed the order and handed it to me, I opened the box at the counter in front of the store worker. All I got was 6 pieces of drums and 2 pieces of breast (no thighs!!!). I asked them "why I am not getting the thighs" for my 8-piece jumbo order. I told them typically there should be 2 beasts, 2 thighs, mixed of drums and wings for the rest. I insisted to exchange for 2 thighs but the refused. I heard them talking among themselves beacuse they would ran out of the quarter pieces for the next customers if they exchange them for me, but I came in the store first! Apparently, the worker knew the store was closing soon and the kitchen didn't want to make another batch for the incoming customers. They just gave the LEFTOVERS to the customers. If the store doesnt have enough to sell, they should stop taking orders. If they honestly told me about that they ran out of stock when I placed the order, I would go somewhere else. I am very disappointed and won't...

I'm giving this 5 star review because of Ezell's management team at headquarters, and not particularly for this location. It's just not a good area, also not a full store.

Getting straight to the point, recently moved to WA from TX, so this was my second time to visit an Ezell's Famous Chicken. The first one was in Renton a couple of weeks prior to this visit. The Renton location did an excellent job, and the portion size was correct.

I assumed that this location would be the same. I called and ordered before coming there, upon entering there were a lot of homeless people hanging outside, also they were busy and customers were complaining about their orders being wrong.

I grabbed and paid for my order then left. When I got home, the portion size was incorrect, I know this since I ordered the exact same thing at the Renton location.

I visited their website to complain, and the management team responded ASAP, giving me another exact order for free. I have visited Ezell's many times after that, just not that location. Overall it's...
