I haven’t written a review in a really long time until I had food at this place. That’s the only reason I’m giving two stars 🌟 🌟
Payment experience: Is very confusing 😵💫😵because everything is in Spanish. I just clicked next next next and ended up paying a lot more than I would have liked to pay. And let me tell you how much, it’s $45! 🫠
Food: We ordered chicken taco plate and chicken quesadilla and pineapple agua Fresca. Trust me, they each deserve their own para 👏 👏 👏
Taco plate: These are the most low effort tacos 🫡 I’ve ever seen for $$ I paid. They don’t even put basic toppings. They have a to go station where you can pack whatever you want. Toppings were the only thing that actually made the tacos palatable. So I guess I should give myself another star for all my effort to make it tasty?! 👩🍳🎖️😼
Quesadilla: I was honestly expecting the cute triangle shaped quesadilla that I get everywhere. But we got these giant greasy quesadillas 🫁 My husband tried one bite and said NO! 🤢So there goes all my food into trash. 🚮
In this economy paying $45 for this trash is unbelievable. Give me back...
Read moreDo not come here if you enjoy salsa/condiments with your meal. We brought our own container for salsa and all the topping to not be wasteful with the tiny little sauce cups. We order a large amount of food that does require a lot of add ons. We loved this place, drove over thirty minutes to come here, order food to eat there as well as takeout, and always leave a generous tip. The chef and employee is not professional and it's straight up disrespectful to you and will lie to your face. The chef handles the food with his bare hands as well as handling his cellphone in the middle of preparing food for customers. The place is not clean and the service is ever dirtier. They will call you out and treat you like thieves if you take "too much" toppings even though they have a sign that says no rules. How funny. I'm all for supporting small family businesses who have risen to success but it seems as though the success has gotten over their heads and treats customers...
Read moreYou can't miss this spot. I find that if you ask them what is looking or tasting good when you're in there, they tell you. Sometimes I'm feeling Pastor, and they'll be like, today you should do Lengua. I'm telling you Seattle, if you haven't tried this spot, you need to. If your going into it thinking this stuff is going to be on Mexico City, or LA level, you'll think this spot isn't it. But I'm telling you, it's very very close. For me, the best three meats are the Pastor, Lengua and Cabeza. I'm super into their burritos for 1 simple reason, price point. I think it's 10-13 bucks, but it's easily 2 meals. Then you gotta hit up those tacos. Next you gotta try the Nachos. Lastly, grab a Torta. All to say, you just gotta talk to them, they will tell you what they think is tasting good that day. They will not...
