Passionless Dry Food The only decent thing we ate were the gyoza (which were probably bought frozen anyway). The Mongolian Beef was about as dry as beef jerky and lacked any real flavor. Their chicken teriyaki is like eating a desert. If you're in that neighborhood, go to Lee's Asian or Buddha Ruska instead for much better Asian food. If you're set on Teriyaki, head to Toshio's off of Rainer, North of Little Saigon. We did grab takeout while they were slammed, but I don't quite understand how everything was so overcooked. Overall, not worth it (and dinner plates are far too expensive for what you get; so if you must eat here, get the lunch special).

Top tier teriyaki experience. The chicken is marinated and lightly cured so it has a really nice form juiciness and meaty bite. The sauce is sweet but not overwhelmingly so. Proper short grain rice. Good salad dressing with a sesame oil flavor that is a nice twist on the classic sweet mayo. Gyoza have juicy fillings with plenty of cabbage and white pepper.

They have the best teriyaki in Seattle and Seattle’s already known for having the best in the US. Been going here for years. So good. Sucks that it’s in West Seattle right now since the bridge is closed but the long drive is always worth it. Would love if they started to deliver through DoorDash or something but then everyone would know about it 😉

HORRIBLE SERVICE. We called online and ordered two lunch bowls because they are cheaper yet still filling. When we arrived , the lady at the front cut off my girlfriend when she tried to speak by asking what the name for our order was. When we got it , we checked to see they had made us two full meals that we paid full price for, which is ANYTHING but what we wanted , for both price and the amount of food. I tried to let the lady know that she gave us the wrong orders and we didn't want to have to pay for something that big, and the lady REFUSED to make us what we ordered and REFUSED to pay us back for what she had CHARGED us for. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at the service I received. Not only did we get hustled out of our money but the orders that she told us we ordered over the phone was literally INCORRECT through and through. We ordered one lunch bowl with spice and one without , and we got two FULL SPICY meals. So the fact she said she just charged us for what we ordered is a LIE to begin with! We didn't order anything CLOSE to what we received. I will not be coming back here for a long time and telling my friends to do the same. Still...

The food is not 5 star restaurant good but it is 4 star good in my opinion for a 2 star price and the food comes out blazing fast. The price for what you get is unbeatable in West Seattle and I've lived here for 16 years. 5.99 for a lunch bowl? Yes please. Anyone who has complained has not been here enough. You can't blame a place if your stomach doesnt agree with it, not every meal is meant for you I guess cause I've never had an issue and I've gone here for years. Also if your food is dry SEASON IT put some hoisen sauce in it, it's what they usually cook with anyways I think. Being lazy and not making your food how you like it is not up to the staff because people like different kinds of food. I never have to season mine so if it's so dry why do I like it so much. I will say I don't like the sweet and sour chicken it's sort of a ripoff cause of how many veggies are in it but overall it's a...

Purchased 1 teriyaki chicken extra meat 1 beef yakisoba 9 piece gyoza 1 chicken fried rice 1 chicken and beef combo

Disappointed, my family have purchased food before and the gyoza looked and tasted burndt not sure how you burn gyoza but it was. The chicken teriyaki extra meat and beef yakisoba tasted burndt like in between meals the grill wasnt cleaned. I did contact the restaurant and will no longer be returning they asked me what I wanted to do and told me to bring the food back. We where already in for the night. I just told them I will leave a review and no longer be returning. My husbands food was fine, not sure if it was a different cook but for 73.10 you would expext better...
