I had never been to a Papa Murphy's before and inquired if there was another menu than the one posted and was informed there was not. The menu shows only large sized pizzas which I didn't want, and the "zesty herbs" were not listed under toppings in the build-your-own pizza, but were a topping on one of the premium pizzas. I thought their pizza was made to order but I'm assuming the premium pizzas are premade since zesty herbs cannot be added to a build-your-own pizza. When I inquired what was in the zesty herbs because I was hoping to make a pizza with Cilantro, the first of four employees who kept helping other people even though I came first was rude and said she didn't know. Then one said maybe it was Italian seasoning. Italian seasoning is however Italian seasoning, and therefore not zesty. Usually when something is listed as zesty it includes cilantro if it's herbal or could include additional spices if it's something like pickles or a salad dressing. None of the four employees could be bothered to actually check the ingredients and answer my question of what was in their "zesty" herbs -- something they are using every day. It seemed like a major inconvenience for them. The final person said she didn't think it would have cilantro, but when I said that's actually what I wanted she wasn't sure but said it tastes similarly to Italian seasoning. I wanted to make a simple pizza with onion, green pepper, garlic, and cilantro but since no one could tell me what's in the "zesty" herbs I...
Read moreOverpriced and often understaffed, but trying their best. I've been meaning to leave a review on this place for a while, as I've been a customer for years. The prices on most days are obscene relative to other pizza joints in the area--on non-Tuesdays it's just under $30 for a Family Sized with two toppings. On Tuesdays there's enough sales to lower that price by a solid $10 though, so I just make Tuesdays pizza night. Under normal circumstances I'd just rant about the price, leave a one-star, and call it a day. But I just want to commend one of the employees for doing something kind today, and a review's the only way I know how. I was having a bad day today, and when I called in the lady on the other end asked how I was doing. I hesitantly said it could be better and got on with my order. 30 minutes later when I picked it up, on the way out she said "Have a better day." That's all. It stuck. Papa Murphy's, please consider lowering your normal prices a bit if you're willing to sell at Tuesday prices at all. But that aside, for this location specifically, thank y'all for trying your best. It's noticed and appreciated....
Read moreExtremely unprofessional. I ordered my pizza almost an hour before closing. And then I get to the place in about 15 minutes. The sign off with the lighter on and I walk up to the door and I open it and there’s a lady there and a black shirt that just said we are closed I said that I made an online order and I was just here to pick it up. She said that she wasn’t gonna make it and that they are closed and I need to leave. She said if I really need to I can just Take whatever is convenient. It was extremely rude and she didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. I’ve been closing early. I’m sorry supposed to be closed until eight and she said that they closed almost an hour ago. I tried calling customer service and messaging, but nothing was coming back and they said that they were closed. I have never really left Google reviews and have never had anybody treat me this way. I was just trying to feed my family for the night after working a at the hospital. I am very disappointed with the lack of service that location. We all have bad days, but we never treat others in the same way. It is never professional them out...
