Phayathai Cuisine — Restaurant in Seattle

I have not been served nor eaten inside of the restaurant. I have called for Delivery. Out of 4-5 orders delivered only one was poor due to the food quality and lack of flavor quality allowed to leave the kitchen. It wasn’t fresh! When that happens something is seriously out of order. 😞 The one dish ordered was old… wilted, overcooked, over seasoned, soggy, and unrecognizable…possibly from being cooked earlier in the day or served to someone who returned it. I ordered my dish at around 5:30 PM, it was delivered around 6:00 PM. It didn’t smell like jasmine and Thai basil as usual and looked terrible 😢 dark, old. I took a couple bites and was totally disappointed. I called to notify the Restaurant and a manager failed to offer a replacement. Instead she was not empathic and questioned me as if I was suspect. I felt bad because I was losing, and going to have to find a new Thai Cuisine Restaurant. I love fresh vegetables properly cooked to perfection not over cooked and sitting for hours. Sadly, after eating a few bites, I had stomach problems the following day, so it was likely food poisoning. Never again! My food was ordered and delivered through the DoorDASH App. I’m curious 🧐 saddened and have lost 😞 confidence in a good restaurant. I hope you have an excellent experience! It’s likely best to visit in person rather than delivery 🚚 through an online app. Burned once...

I've only been here once and tried the Papaya Salad.

PROS: Good location easy parking, open late compared to other restaurants in the area friendly staff easy ordering and lovely interior, I really liked their pairings prices are reasonable and menu is pretty comprehensive

CONS: Small portion for price which means don't expect leftovers I asked for extra spicy, they did not give me spicy on my salad. I know Thai styles salads are not very spicy but I've had spicier Papaya Salad in Thailand the salad tasted fine, did not care for the giant tacky raw cabbage that took up half my portion. Instead of a full papaya salad in a box I felt like I got half of the dish I paid very quickly put together

I used to work here in this place, since from the old owner and the new one, wanted to said things really got pretty better. But today I went to visit my co-worker, so I kinda helping her out and some other stuff swear that everyone in the restaurant take cleanliness very seriously and so do I went I help them, after the restaurant was about to close, I was helping my friends clearing the tickets, wanted to said the latest review which user name start with u, her name doesn’t show up in the system ever, either today or the past times because the system can check how many times you been order. Idk why are you spreading false information to make some businesses look bad, as I saw you didn’t seem to even like most of any place.
