Vegan breakfast was actually decent- not the best I’ve had. But , it’s make-shift.

I have a service dog for 2 years. Who I did take inside the cafe( as legally I can). The owner ( probably he was the owner) asked me if she’s really a service dog as they have had folks coming in their cafes bring service dogs who haven’t been service dogs. Well, you can definitely ask what service a service dog provides ( and I am always happy to answer it), but he was just so uncertain if she was a service dog from his expressions and said “ well if she performs a service , then.. it’s ok”. And that really was offensive. I understand some folks might be bringing their non-service dogs in, but this is no way to handle the subject. Educate yourself and your staff on the tasks differently tservice dog can perform , and judge on the basis of the handler’s information ( and please do so before you seat them than to ask them these questions with other...

Brought my Dad and grandparents here for a quick breakfast this morning and had a lovely experience all around. Our food was ready right away (although the cafe was very busy!) and we had no problem finding a table for 4. They have specific tables reserved for larger groups as well as extra seating downstairs! I LOVED their vegan options - avocado toast, the TLT, vegan savory croissant 🤤. And the guy working the front was so nice! He helped us figure out what to order and explained where everything was (must have been obvious we were first timers). He also brought out some complimentary vegan brownies for us when he heard some of us were vegan! Highly recommend this spot for all - vegan or not, solo or with a group. This place is also suitable for those wanting to work on their laptop....

The Award Goes To ‘Minestrone Soup’ Get ready review readers... I have NEVER liked minestrone soup. I’ve always nearly scoffed at Minestrone because I never had any that was worthy to continue eating. I’ve done Campbell’s to Pcc. The day I had this (pre-Covid) I wasn’t feeling well, at work, in the field and they were so gracious and gave me this adorable tin cup sample (it was like 1/4 cup of soup) and I felt loved, warmed and taken care of and it was Delightfully Delish!! Not only a rich but -not overly thick or salty-flavor but the nutrients it was made with was carrying an amazing flavor and this human body could feel the nutrients being funneled in, like a ride on a water slide of health and tasty. Yummy, happy good times. Gave me wings ;) I will return and when I do, no doubt...

Gosh, where to start with how great this place is! First off, amazing food. I ordered the tofu scramble with probably one of the most amazing biscuits I've ever had. The scramble itself was delicious with lots of perfectly cooked vegetables not over or under seasoned. Everything from vegetables to biscuit was just amazingly fresh tasting. Really good roast on my coffee too. Second, staff was super friendly not just to me but to everyone there. They treated everyone like a longtime friend. Love how they aren't afraid to ask questions to make your order totally perfect for you. Very cozy use of limited space too. I could see this being one of those places I go to over and over bringing friends. Even the prices were very reasonable for what you get. All in all its a winfinity.

All around just great! Had the vegetarian biscuits and gravy and my boyfriend had the egg sandwich. Bomb bomb bomb!! I can’t wait to go back to try more things! The service was amazing they will try and make a dish vegan/vegetarian if it’s not already. Majority of their stuff is vegetarian. Met the owners who are super nice! I think every baked good is fresh they gave us free muffins to try!! Cute small joint, in the summer they got a little outside area too. Also have bands play every once and awhile too, in the summer and winter! This place…man I have no words other than I can’t wait to go back. I can’t believe it took me this long to try this place out. First impressions are everything to me and this place took my breath away in a good way.

Pan seared and intricately but boldly spiced hash of variegated heirloom potato, crimini mushroom, onion, asparagus tips and carrots. The cook is a genius. Unbelievably delicious, fairly priced (ps. and healthful) vegan fare!!! Fantastic food and service, with a great, dedicated to quality and the customer, vibe. Self serve, refillable and tweakable quality drip coffee. Ample, warm hardwood table seating areas - including a heated patio in a bamboo garden. I bought a bran muffin and ate it 12 hours later. It was moist, succulent with plump raisins, life-changing. Save your money and wellbeing - quit paying more for greasy spoons and sticky pancake chains - and chill at The Redwing Cafe!
