Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Seattle

The people employed at this location are very much under qualified for their jobs. My fiancé and I have gone to this location a handful of times now as it’s the closest to us but they do not know how to get an order right! They always forget something from our orders or give us a hard time when we try to get our food. My fiancé has dietary restrictions (allergic to gluten, does not eat meat). Each time she tries to order a spicy potato taco in a hard shell because she cannot have the flour tortilla, the employees become confused as if she tried ordering a cheeseburger. Tonight she ordered the taco among other items, order was repeated back to her and everything was right. The woman who took her order even clarified with her if she was wanting a crunchy taco, swap meat with potato. We are home and she bites into the taco to find both meat and potato. Rude staff. I got excited to see a new Mt. Dew flavor but quickly noticed that that fountain drink had an out of order sign on the dispenser (just that dispenser). While placing our order, the staff member cut us off quickly and asked what we wanted to drink. We told her we weren’t done ordering and received and eye-roll and a sigh. We continued to place the rest of our order. When asked what we wanted to drink, we said, just a fountain drink. She told us we had to pick one. Unsure why we had to be dedicated to one type of beverage when the fountain had multiple, we received another eye-roll and were told that she could only make our drink in the back (how do you make a fountain drink?). After much confusion, she finally told us that the entire fountain drink machine was out of order. Didn't get to eat!!! Staff was very confused. Waited 20 minutes in the line of 3 people in front of me and they got two of there orders wrong. So I was still waiting for them to fix there orders and thought that if I through my taco order in the mix it will be a nightmare for them and I was not willing to take the chance that they could even make a taco right. So I left, hungry and went to Subway right next door. Was out of there in less than 10 minutes and they don't have pre made food and a system that all the people have to do is look at the screen and fill the order.
