Paranormal Pie — Restaurant in Seattle

I found this Paranormal Pies while looking for some place new in my neighborhood. Their menu intrigued me, and the reviews were amazing. I definitely over ordered and now need a wheelbarrow to move around. I ordered the Baba Ganouj, a large cheese pizza and three of their specialty Mediterranean pizzas. When I came to pick it up the sweet gentleman at the counter held a conversation with me while preparing the orders in a timely fashion. (He had a great sense of humor and is very kind as well) I noticed the Baklava on the menu, which they make in house, and was informed they had a fresh batch that day, so I added that too. Everything was amazing. Everyone at my home devoured the food. And I managed to find room for some of the Baklava. So good! I could rave about every dish, the Baklava was sublime. Ordered food through Orderhero to be pick up on Friday. When my husband arrived no one inside preparing food or otherwise was wearing a mask. There is a State law mandating mask wearing. My husband politely requested a refund and stated that we did not feel safe taking the food. The owners stated that they could not issue us a refund that we would have to go through Orderhero. I contacted Ordehero and explained the situation, and they are refusing to give a refund based on the owner's preference. So they LIED and did not refund us, and then told us to go through Ordehero knowing they were not going to refund us. If I do not receive a refund I will be reporting your business with the department of public health for violating mask laws. DO NOT EAT...

Mashallah you will love this place! The pizzas are so flavorful, the cheese has that nice cheese pull, the crust is just perfectly crunchy and soft. It’s like that clean, non-greasy flavorful pizza. The owners really got it right with this pizza. It’s one of the best Zabihah halal pizza I’ve had.

The owners were so nice. We ordered over the phone and picked up in store. They wear masks of course. We came back like 3 times in one week.

We had the deep dish pizza with meat toppings, Hawaiian pizza, Hawaiian with chicken, meat lovers, pepperoni, and chicken pesto. All so good Alhamdulillah. The wings were delicious as well. Get wings with mango habanero sauce.
