My wife and I had a doula for our second born through Elite Postpartum Doulas and I have to say that I don’t know why we never did for the first. The first week was gifted to us by family at our baby shower and we were so pleased with not only the doula but also with the support from Elite’s management, that we ended up having the doula for the first month over night and then another 2 months during the day to help my wife when I had to go back to work.

The doula was professional, helpful, and incredibly insightful not just for my wife but also for our older daughter and myself. Despite this being our second child, she was able to show us a bunch of things that we had never know and made these delicious little energy balls that were supposed to be for my wife but I couldn’t keep my fingers away from.

Elites management checked in with us every step of the way with weekly phone calls and helping us problem solve to make sure we got another doula for a few days when ours had to step away for a family emergency (the backup doula was equally as great). They got back to us very quickly with answers to all of our questions before things started and made sure that we were happy with our doula in the first days.

Cosima and her team were amazing to work with. We were able to identify a doula to help with what we were looking for and Ivy was the best!!! We had some schedule changes and they were able to easily work with us and figure out a great path forward. Cosima also checked in a couple times to make sure things were going well with us, our new little one and our doula. Her and her team truly care which is a great attribute to see and experience.
