Here's my original review which I called "EXPERIENCE #1" from like a few weeks ago: "Best dough in Seattle, period. Better than Proletariat and all the rest by a country mile. Seriously, this place is making top notch dough on their thin crust pies. Absolutely outstanding. Five stars."

Now, for the pizza I got yesterday.

EXPERIENCE #2: Just a few weeks later, decidedly middle of the road, bordering on meh. Wow! What a change from my first experience. Major consistency issue here, from what I've seen. This time, the crust was NOT the best, and to boot, toppings were underwhelming. I paid for extra cheese, and got barely detectable cheese. Plus, I paid $44 for one pie and this was so not worth it. Yikes - what happened?! This leaves me puzzled, seriously. How can a place's pizza go from awesome to underwhelming so fast!? I have to ask, where is the good pizza in West Seattle hiding? Sorry Supreme, VERY disappointed! Three stars (feeling generous) - average to four (but closer to three, seriously).

NEXT DAY: Who doesn't love leftover pizza? Answer, everybody, if it's this pizza. Adding photos of second experience, day after. The pizza was sausage, onion, peppers and EXTRA cheese. Look at this, this is 3/8 of a $44 pie. I count ten strand pieces of onion, nine green pepper slices, BARELY any cheese, and ten tiny pieces of sausage. And I'm disappointed to say that I paid $12 extra for the extra (supposedly) cheese, onion, pepper and sausage. I can't figure out how this place went from a really good pie just a couple weeks ago to this garbage. Staff issues? I don't know, but this was truly bad pizza. OK, dropping this to 2 stars, but I am done wuth Supreme. Sorry, but I would be irresponsible to ever recommend this to anyone. I've made pizzas at home for decades and I really hate to be negative, but man. This is really disappointing. Sorry Supreme, but it's true to say, I am SUPREMELY...

My friend and I had a late-night craving and decided to check out Supreme for the first time. We ordered just two slices to-go (the Detroit and the chef’s choice) and nothing else. The atmosphere was great and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, so we were excited to try it.

After about 20 minutes of waiting, we still hadn’t received our slices. It was a bit busy and we were caught up in conversation, so we didn’t think much of it at first — we figured they were still heating them up. But then we noticed the bartender take two slices out of the oven that looked like our order — completely burnt — and set them aside. It was an honest mistake, and we didn’t fault him for that. What was frustrating, though, was that he didn’t acknowledge the error or put in a replacement order.

We waited another 5–10 minutes with still no update, so we finally went up to the bar to check in. The bartender asked us what we had ordered and told us it would be just three more minutes. Eventually, we got our slices — more than 30 minutes after we had originally ordered — with no apology or effort to make the situation right.

The pizza was good, but the experience...

If you come in here looking for a slice of pepperoni pizza, quit wasting your time and go somewhere else. They’re guaranteed to have a nasty, 8-hour-old, untouched, vegetable pizza every time, but they refuse to anticipate the demand for pepperoni. They’re sold out 90% of the time if you’re in after 10.

If you’re a pizza restaurant and unable to sell pepperoni pizza, you have a problem. How is this so hard to figure out? Have you ever been to a party where someone orders pizza? Is there ever any pepperoni left over? No. It’s always the Supreme that everyone gets sick of.

Did your mom ever buy a 12-pack of Diet-Rite cola because your grandma is coming over, and you know she’ll only drink 1 can, but she buys the 12-pack anyway knowing that it’ll sit in your fridge for 9 months until Christmas? And then every time you ask your mom if you can get some Mountain Dew at the store she said that there’s Diet-Rite Cola in the fridge? It’s like that. We honestly probably still have the original 12 pack in the fridge hiding out somewhere.

Seriously, the pizza is so good. Just make more of the kind that...

Awesome staff and full bar. Small enough to feel community and one of the pillars on the strip. For standard slices for west seattle it doe it. Overall compared to the seattle scene I would say it’s a 6.5-7/10 pizza slice. I wish there was more variety. For a standard slice I would say the crust is a little bit softer for my preference personally. Other than that it is great. For the neighborhood it rates on the higher end; for the scale of seattle overall pizza there’s room for improvement. For the average pizza consumer or after a few drinks it’s definitely on the higher end. Compared to all of seattle it get the job done and the bar staff and neighborhood takes it higher. It’s a place you can hang out with your friends with a bar. Food and variety alone could be better. Overall would go back since it is a part of the community and strip and you wouldn’t be sad or disappointed.
