Blue Lagoon Saloon — Restaurant in Sebring

3rd visit in 8 days. Today was terrible. Sat at the bar as always. Got menus and drink orders in. Drinks came soon after. Bartender she kept walking past us as I held the menus in my hand ready to order. I know there are other customers, but back and forth. Then went in the back room, sat and talked with another woman. She then got up and went out the back door, came back in a few minutes later. By then we had finished our drinks. Flagged down another waitress, asked to pay our bill. She went to the girl that was waiting on us and brought us the tab. 1 beer and 1 glass of wind. Bartender came back, said she was busy running the bar, and said she was sorry. DIdn't look like she was too busy. Running past me several times and ignoring me. Paid her and left. Went over the Azul Tequila. Great service and good food.

Ashlee you ruined a good place to stop by for a drink and a meal. Shame on you. Too busy shooting the bull in the back. I could see you the entire time. You don't leave a bar UNATTENDED!!

The previous two times I was there, the bartender was great and the bar was packed., she stayed on top of everything. There was hardly anyone in the bar today when...

Worst place for customer service. The manager Nicole was very unprofessional rude did not let me speak when I ordered. Three hamburgers well done got home and saw they were not well done some missing dressings as far as lettuce tomato, so I was very unhappy, called and spoke to Nicole very rude very unprofessional did not let me speak first told me what do you want me to do about it I mentioned I would bring it back, she said I don’t have to then upset because I was telling her you’re the manager. You should know what to do in this event did not offer my money did not offer. Another meal just told me to bring back the burgers and they would re-cook them well done super unprofessional terrible service terrible food. I will never go there and the funny thing is I know the owner. I wonder when he comes out of jail from his DUI would he address this because his staff sucks terrible. I would go in there and throw all my food back at them for that answer. You need to learn how to hire more professional staff Nicole needs to be fired. Out office orders lots of food but will never again !!!!!...

We got there at lunch time, the crowd was minimal and the first vibe we felt was this place is like a side street saloon in Key West FL. The staff was friendly and there were lots of TVs showing all types of sports and funny family style short clip shows. The sweet tea was just right, this made me very happy. Being from the south, a restaurant can live or die based on the sweet tea alone. The Conch Fritter appetizer was hot and well seasoned and the dip was very tasty. My wife ordered the fish n chips. What they brought out was a hot out of the fryer piece of fish bigger then my hand. The chips (fries) were also hot with a nice crunch to them. I ordered the Mahi Mahi with corn nuggets (deep fried cream corn the size of a hush puppy) and grilled vegetables. First the serving size, it make me very happy. The taste was fantastic, it was hot off the grill and perfectly seasoned. Neither of us used any salt, pepper of ketchup. The food was that good. We travel to Sebring every couple weeks, we've now found our lunch spot. Thank you BLS crew for top notch...
