Twistee Treat Sebring — Restaurant in Sebring

Twistee Treat has historically been a 5 star experience for my family and I. The product always good, the service strong, and the experience enjoyable.

Tonight, the product was good, but the service was very average (barely any words spoken by the employee besides the total price at the end) and was particularly slow, which was unusual for our experience here.

The employees' friends also seemed to be loitering outside, which together with all of the lights and music being turned off and the area being relatively unclean, made for the most disappointing Twistee Treat experience I've ever had.

This Twistee Treat has the rudest employees I have ever seen. I was told by one of the four employees to go to Dairy Queen. My order was not what I asked for. They had so much toppings and very little ice cream and it was dripping everywhere and got all of over me and my car. I asked to speak to the manager and they said that the manager would not be there until Wednesday. Until this visit all of the employees had been very helpful, nice, and pleasant to interact with. Ice Cream was great but the customer service was terrible. The employees were incredibly rude. We had to repeat ourselves several times during our order because either the box was broken or the employee was not listening. She sounded agitated when she had to ask her questions again because she didn't hear us the first time. When we got to the window, we asked if the box was broken and tried laughing off claiming maybe we didn't say it loud enough for her. The employee just shrugged us off and said it worked fine.
