Sadly, I just stumbled upon this place after coming to Sebring for the past 10yrs This is a great little place that's kind of hidden, just like a diamond in the rough. There's a lot of commonly known places in Sebring for example, Dees and Dimitri located downtown as well as Sandy's on 98 an Sebring diner on 27. This place is beyond words when compared to those places. In all phases. I wouldn't trade Broken Egg Diner for either one of them, even if they were giving away free food. The whole staff has beautiful smiles and make you feel very welcome. I was served by Jen who I must say; up until today? I have never had such a phenomenal experience at any establishment. She is amazing. the level of service she provides is beyond your imagination.. Definitely stop by here to eat, if your looking for great food and service.... To Jen, I cannot thank you enough for everything. You truly are a blessing...

Rather sparse in the way of decor but you can’t eat furniture. My food was good but service was off a tad. Too long for a coffee refill and when my breakfast came it was incomplete. I was told it would be up soon, which turned out to be nearly 5 minutes while my order sat in front of me getting cold. When it finally came it was delicious and the sausage gravy spot on. Home fries and English muffin were now lukewarm and not as enjoyable. Server was pleasant enough but they should have left the meal under a heat lamp until complete. #stevensleavin

Jennifer was a knowledgeable and attentive server. And whoever cooks here really understands breakfast...the sausage biscuit had a buttery, delicate crumb, and gravy was fresh cracked pepper forward, fresh cream, not salty. Couldn't have been better. The restaurant is kind of hidden, tucked away through a covered walk and courtyard behind other storefronts, so worth a drive on a Sunday morning.

They move like molasses in there, maybe six tables and staff standing around while you stand at the door in front of a sign saying wait to be seated, even the elderly couple that came in after us had enough and sat themselves. Not signs at all stating no animals but Amanda had the audacity to question a service dogs medical purpose (which unless she's the ADA pretty sure with all her medical experience she's not supposed to drive into others medical issues). Then tells us my wife's service dog isn't allowed for anxiety, it apparently our dogs purpose as a service dog in notifying her when she's about to have an episode or me, so we'll be reporting this business to the ADA and DOA... They should learn more about providing service to customers waiting then denying...

Let's start with they were not busy and having 4 servers plus a cashier assisting with drinks.

Was greeted by the cashier to sit wherever we would like and told the server would be right with us. The cashier got our drinks to help the server and was told again that our server would be with us soon. We waited 15-20 mins, and no one took our order, but we see waitresses in a corner talking. Regardless, we don't know who our server was... do they not know their sections??? Upon leaving, the cashier asked if anyone had taken our order? No! And if she had known, she would have assisted us. Well, if the servers were more interested in their customers than whatever was going on behind the scenes, then maybe they would have more...
