Dunkin' — Restaurant in Secaucus

THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH! ONT GIVE THEM A DIME GO TO THE other store THEY TREAT YOU BETTER! I ordered a bagel not toasted with butter on the side. I had to drive all the way to the store because they made my order wrong. They made me show proof of purchase even though I had a bagel in my hand. Instead of making my order right, the guy behind the counter mocked me, and warmed my bagel up in the microwave and then handed it to me with a crooked smile. The bagel was warmed in the microwave and now it’s rock solid and I cannot bite it. He was rude condescending and foul! This is a family business so I know he won’t get reprimanded so I ask that no one spends their money here. There is way better service provided by the other store down the street. Will never spend my money here again, what they did was racist. If you don’t like customer service find a new job. So now I have no food and I already...

Worst dunkin ever. I visit different dunkin maybe 3-4 times a day in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and this is consistently the WORST dunkin that I visit. It's basically right across the street from my office, but I'll make the 10 minute trip down to the Dunkin on paterson plank rd. just to avoid this place. Always a wait, regardless of what you order. Coffee is typically awful, watery. And (probably petty and personal reason), no matter who puts the cream cheese on my bagel at this location, they act like the cost comes out of their check, which leads me to believe this is trained! The lady in the burka in the morning is wonderful, always pleasant and friendly. I think she may be the only bright spot of this particular establishment. In my humble opinion, dunkin corporate needs to come in with a bulldozer, and just start...

Its too dang early to be getting my order wrong! This is how i start my day, like c'mon!!!! I mostly order through the app in the early mornings. The guy thats usually in (heavy set white older guy with glasses) is soooooooooo slow! Instead of one person they need two at least. That place is 24 hours and a lot of truckers and people in general pass by. Thats basically the only place open over there and there are several 24 hour operating businesses.... usps ups fedex......

If i ask for everything bagel with plain cc and a plain bagel with strawberry cc. Thats what the heck I mean. And if i ask for 2 of the same coffee then they should taste the same!

I understand people get flustered when its just them running a business alone but if you cant do it, be ready for the heat and if you cant take the heat, get out of...
